Normally I like shopping here however lately the wait in line is longer then the time I spend shopping there! And the so called cashiers comment was it was the other cashiers fault for making us wait .,IF SHE had been paying attention to the line rather then walking around with her thumb up her ....maybe we wouldn't have waited as long !!! Just saying !

Great prices and selection but man that check out line is always backed up. Please hire more folks.Also the art I JUST bought is broken because the manufacturer stapled way too many nails to the hard plastic bumpers. How do people takes these off without damaging the frames?

Cashier messed up a transaction were he used and scanned my $25 reward no big deal, supervisor was going to "fixed it", that didn't happen, supervisor lie to me telling me he gave me a $24 discount when i realized that what he did was take those $24 out of my credit card. Unbelievable, I called Burlington credit card customer service and instead of better the situation they just don't care and said i was gonna get my $25 reward pack by the next following month. I work for customer service and this is far far worst ???? service I've ever seen. Very disappointed.
