The hiring manager is rude, disrespectful and has no class about herself. While trying to speak to her on the phone to explain my situation she just kept hanging up on me. I will never get a phone from them again.

Customer service nor this location will give me my account number. Boost is one huge scam. I can't get my account number from nobody! Also WARNING: DO NOT BUY THE MONTHLY INSURANCE! Once you need a phone it will be 50 then a month later another 150 will disappear from your account. No permission, no warning, just taken. So if you ever want to switch, they will make sure it's hell. They are only nice when you're throwing money at them

Basically 12% customer service, 70% do what you want/yell towardsthe back if you need anything, and the rest goes to that bonus they have if you're switching your service from someone else to them...but aren't all phone companies doing that every year?

This is a new location. I was there today with my daughter because both of us were having problems with our phones. The nicest guy was there, explained and fixed the problem for both of us in minutes. In the years with Boost some visits to the stores were much more stessful. This guy was so nice, so knowledgeable and just made the whole experience stessfree and pleasant. Great customer service. Wish I would have gotten his name.

Worst service ever!! Never buy a boost mobile phone. Worst customer service of any business I have ever dealt with. If you try to leave plan on buying a new phone, even if you already own yours or waiting 48 hours before they will unlock it. They will cancel your service but afterwards tell you but oh we wont unlock it for 48 hours. And thats if you can actually understand the broken English they all speak.. Dont ask to talk to that department because they are a phone service whose departments don't have phone service..yes that is what the idiot on the other end actually said. After being put on hold for 15 min to speak to a supervisor and explaining I was having chemo the next day and needed my phone his words were well then guess you shouldn't have changed phones today. Total incompetence from a foreign company..do yourself a favor buy from anyone else or pray you like not having a phone.
