“This store has always been good to me. They always help me with what I need and the prices are competitive. Although everyone there is great, the standout is Store Manager, Will. I have seen people wait only for him, and after dealing with him I know why. Will is an absolute gem and I hope that company realizes that. Will went above and beyond excellent customer service and satisfaction with me. I Will (pun intended ?) never forget his support and kindness in helping me with stuff I knew nothing about. He is the reason I will only go to this store for my auto needs. I highly recommend this store.”

“Just perchaced a battery . did not offer to remove old one. I asked why was so much than quoted over phone .said oh we will remove core charge for old battery I'm like ok.. He ancers do u need some tools ...wow . then I seen sparks coming from old one said ? play safe wait till I get home remove with save tools and hubby. Mabey we could charge it let me ask.. Go back in and said do u charge bateries btw. He said can't get credit for core unless at purchace. Then srugged his shoulders looked Confused? I ended up paying he did not bring battery out for me. It had no handle, I'm like where's the handle? It don't have one I'll get you a dollie he said . he gave me a flyer thought it had my receipt on it.. I placed battery in my car returned cart.. I then Drove off.. Had to turn my car back my receipt missing? Walk in... It was still in register this guy was a dope and just inconsiderate I definitely don't expect to be doted on but not very good customer service.. Jimmy not a gentleman. And reason I went was because of great reviews... (Went for price difference Got rid of old workers ?. Nice young man helped me today AC is cold again ty kid.”
“Big clean organized store. At first there were two registers. Than a 3rd came open fast! I was in and out before I could think of any inconvenience by waiting in line. Be nice if all the stores were that big and fast. They didn't want us standing in line..AWESOME!”

“I suspected, a flashlight with a lithium battery, was leaking, I called and talked to Alex and he said bring it in and I'll check it out. He was very knowledgeable and determined some issues of concern and suggested recycling. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service and knowledge. Thank you Alex! The store is very nice, well-stocked and clean. They offer cell phone repair, programmable car fobs and a number of items for sale other than batteries, certainly worth checking out the store.”
