Made an unplanned visit after being stranded with a dead battery. Mark and Andrew were both very friendly and helpful. Andrew installed my new battery and checked things out thoroughly before letting me drive away. I appreciated the friendly service very much after being stressed over being stranded! Highly recommend this store and Andrew and Mark!

Andrew was so nice and helpful, my battery was pretty much fried but he went the extra mile and checked it, the alternator and the starter. And despite the crazy heat, was happy to replace the battery. All of the associates inside were friendly as well ?

Very bad experience..my daughter in law purchased a car that was supposed to have a new autozone battery. It showed signs of leaking . She ordered a new battery and went to pick up and get installed. The person at autozone would not review the battery and provide a date.. maybe it was under warranty maybe it wasn't..but it's their job to check.
And on top of that they wouldn't install it .. they just lost all my business and all my friends who own a lot of cars and buy a lot of parts .. oh yeah and If someone wants to rebuttal due to location.. battery is in trunk and more accessible than most batteries.

I had just purchased a battery (at another competitor) and I’ve had issues of my car being dead randomly since the battery installation (at another competitor). I took it to this Auto Zone and as soon as I lifted the hood Edward saw the problem and fixed it! He has great customer service skills and if I ever encounter another problem with my car, I’m going to see Edward!

Today I had the worst experience at the auto zone on little road Port Richey, Edward one of your associates at AutoZone provided horrific customer service with us today there was another associate that was willing to help us and take the code reader across the street where we were having car trouble that they do for free at their location but Edward told him that he was not allowed to do that because we might take off with it with the associate there so we offered to leave the $148 that it cost and Edward still told us no and then he said we were giving him attitude so he proceeded to say I don't have to serve you when we were also there purchasing other items that came up to the equivalent of $107 and some change I will not do business there anymore because Edward was rude and provided horrible customer service and made me feel very uncomfortable when I am a good paying customer that shops their frequently.

The employees on Little road and Ridge Rd don't know a whole lot. You ask them a question and they need to ask someone else. There were 2 employees standing there and the one yells to the back of the store and says there's a customer up here, so he comes from the back to wait on me. Kind of pathetic if you ask me. The one on 52 in Hudson is much better.

I stopped into AutoZone to order a splash shield for my car and I was fortunate to be waited on by Andrew Mulero, Store Manager. Oh my gosh what a wonderful person with exceptional customer service qualities. Although I could not order the part, Andrew helped me by giving me ideas of how to fix it myself and even where to get it locally and cost efficiently. As I walked back to my car to look closer at the part, it was now dangerously hanging down. I drive my car daily to alleviate my anxiety but the noise from it hitting the road was escalating my anxiety. I approached Andrew again and explained the ordeal. I did have a mechanic looking as well for a replacement but it was taking a few more days than expected and the part had fell even more to where the extra pins could not help secure it anymore. Andrew immediately came to my rescue and would not accept any tips for what he did to help. I tried to pay him $20 and he said No. I even said no one will know but Andrew stood firm to AutoZone’s policies. I’m now able to safely drive my car until the Mechanic gets the shield. Now that’s hard to find these days. People who genuinely care about their customers and Andrew Mulero is a wonderful person that should definitely be recognized. Thank you again AutoZone for having him as an employee!!!

The wiper blades I purchased 2 weeks ago were leaving a streak in the middle of my windshield. I went back with my receipt, and they exchanged them for me ones. Andrew was very helpful and took care of everything...

I had such a great experience here yesterday. I needed a new battery and help with installation. I believe his name was Gabriel. He was super helpful, kind, and very knowledgeable. I attempted to tip him and he would not accept says he loves his job and being able to help. I hope his manager sees this. Such an awesome kid with great customer service skills.
