Needed wiper blade for my car. Bought one, put it on, and it flew off. Went to auto zone .. Salesman (Raul) helped me all the way to putting the correct one on , returning incorrect ones. Friendly as can be and ladies... he is handsome too. Being a woman, sometimes i feel intimidated asking questions. I like to learn by doing, hands on and this place made me feel comfortable enough to achieve it. Clean store, pricing ..competitive. thank you again, Raul...

I had the best experience thanks to Daniel. He is a top tier employee! Regardless of the fact I walked in before closing he immediately greeted me (kindly) as I walked through the door. He was very knowledgeable and his use of problem solving was impressive. I’ve never had such a smooth interaction when it came to finding the parts I need. I will be back again & again! I called this store and asked to speak to someone in Spanish and I understand that the person who took the call was Hispanic and told his name was Nolbeto which was very unprofessional. I know that despite speaking the same language in each country we call the car parts different but what is not different is having education professionalism and tact if you are a good employee and want to sell you do your best to understand the costumer but this guy didn’t do it it was easy for him to tell me to call another store with employees like this they will have losses.

Unless you want to stand around and listen to all the employees talking about wwe. Instead of helping customers this is a great hangout out spot. Took 5 minutes before anyone noticed me standing there the store manager Sam finally turned around and said oh sorry brother let me get someone to help you while laughing. I decided to just leave and go to another auto parts store

This is the worst place ever to get a battery. A kid tried gave me a new battery that was almost dead and I could not start the car after a few days from when the kid gave me the battery. Do not come here for a battery, they are a bunch of lies, they said the battery was all full and that was such a lie. He tested the battery to make sure it is full before he told me it was full. The workers are just fill of lies.They lie to you about battery's so you will have to come back and give them money. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Sheila was our technician and even though she was alone at the time in the store she was very helpful and professional while multitasking with customers and helping me with my windshield wiper and bulb replacement. Couldn’t recommend her enough.

Going to this store was they Best thanks to Sheila, my respect and admiration for this lady; Good Quality of service and knowledge to the point that there were 3 costumers waiting to be served by her and they were not only hispanic. Sheila 20 stars for you although I can only select 5.

I would like to know why in this store an employee has to ask a supervisor for permission to serve a customer? Really arranging merchandise comes first? With only 2 employees in the store, it seems unfair to me; both for the employee who wants to do a good job and more for the client. Sheila thank you for your professionalism, knowledge and help for you 10 stars.
