I don’t typically leave reviews, but the service I received was beyond 5 stars. Duncan and Jael provided the absolute best service out of any phone service company I’ve ever been to. Not only were they both knowledgeable, but also polite. :) Thank you guys!

The employees were nice but we were there for a hour and a half and when it was time to up grade they advised they didn't have the new phones in stock. Something they could of told us before we sat there for that long. Waste of time.

Went in to this store with a request that should not have been a difficult ask. The second we walked in the door the associate with the gauged earring was rude and had an attitude almost as if he was bothered to have a customer (lazy). He couldn’t be bothered to try and help and was a total jerk. Went to another AT&T store and they were able to figure it out and help within 20 minutes. This store is a joke and the associate is a pathetic excuse for a customer service representative.

I cannot even begin to tell you about the experience I had in this store. Never in my life have I ever encountered 3 gentlemen so damn..........ugh .........AMAZING!!!!!! Jose, Julian & Jael were so helpful with reconnecting my phone services! ((How dare they! ;p )) Definitely recommend this store and these 3 awesome reps!!!!!

We found an AT&T phone on the side of our road, took it in to the store and was going to give it to the customer service techs. I thought maybe they could find the owner but we were told they don’t accept phones or the responsibility of it. I said we don’t want it just thought they might make a small effort to unite it with it’s owner. They said nope and we said that’s why we have Verizon as we walked out the door and tossed it in the garbage.

The service there leaves a lot to be desired. They seemed annoyed that I walked in and when I went to get phone options the guy was extremely rude and condescending the absolute worst service ever
