Staff and vet are always there for me when I need them and always treat me and pets like family. They once had to send me to another for survey and they followed up on how she was doing after survey and I will always go to them with my pets

Very friendly staff. Completed thorough exam on moms cat. Did not try to do things to increase cost. Love this place.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
About a year ago, I brought my dog, Panda, to All Pets Hospital for a routine ear issue. While the vet, a younger guy, answered most of my questions, I did feel super rushed throughout the visit.
Two months later, I called to get a quote for Panda’s basic annual shots, the ones required for doggy daycare. I was quoted a staggering $700 for one dog’s yearly shots, which felt exorbitant. I ended up going to another vet in the area and received the exact same shots for only $187. As neighbors in the modest New Port Richey community, price gouging like this is unacceptable in my opinion. This made me decide not to return to All Pets Hospital.
Fast forward to today: I called All Pets Hospital about a vet visit for Panda’s arthritis (since the vet I switched to had moved out of the area). Panda just needs a simple refill of Prednisone (which I was more than willing to make an appointment for), and I asked for a price on the medication, as I had the prescription she's been on for months. I wasn’t asking for a new prescription—just the cost, as I need to budget for vet visits in my household.
Rene, who answered the phone, was incredibly rude and refused to give me a price unless Panda saw the doctor first (I had already told her I was happy to make an appointment). I asked for a range for one month with my current prescription and she refused to give me even the most basic of price ranges. Due to my previous experience with their price gouging, I was not about to make an appointment without verifying the price first.
The lack of transparency, poor service, and inflated costs compelled me to write this review as I was going to let it go the previous two times.
UPDATE: I was able to make an appointment with another vet in the area, who was happy to provide transparent pricing over the phone.
I strongly recommend taking your pets elsewhere.

Warmly welcomed. Staff and The Vet treated my new rescue cat as if she was their own. A good and perfect place to have. Thank you

Would give 0 if possible - this is my second time posting this review. Take your pets to Best Care Hospital - it is less than 5 mins away from this place off Trouble Creek. They offer much better care, a cleaner facility and fair pricing.
Never had the best experience here - we would schedule check ups and show up to a full waiting room (10+ other animals) with 2.5+ hour wait times. Had to reschedule a couple appointments because of this - learned I need to take a full day off work just for a check up here.
It was over $1000 to get our cats teeth cleaned, when we were quoted $600. They pulled teeth without our approval - we signed forms saying they would call us with an update before pulling teeth but they neglected to do that. Had us pick up our cat after they closed, she was still waking up from anesthesia and we were hustled out the door.
Brought her back when we noticed a limp and was quoted over $1000 for X-rays because they wanted to put her under anesthesia for a mere X-ray. Was given the estimate and hustled out the door again. We went up the street (less than 5 mins away) to Best Care Animal Hospital and they did the same X-rays for less than $200. The vet there was horrified that our last vet wanted to put our cat to sleep for X-rays that would take less than 5 mins.
I posted this review months ago, after we took our cat to Best Care hospital and found out she had cancer (which was causing the limp in the first place).
In response to my review, the manager called me 3 days in a row, multiple times and left multiple voicemails. They even replied to my original Google review to let me know they had been calling. When I finally called her back, she started the conversation letting me know she had fired the vet from our dental nightmare experience mentioned above. I felt it was strange she wanted to tell me that she had fired him (she even provided an exact date) and claimed “So I can’t really do anything about that experience”. Then she proceeded to argue with me over the quotes we had received for her dental work and X-rays. She spoke over me multiple times and after being argued with for a half hour. When I mentioned we learned our cat had cancer, she replied “well we aren’t liable for that so again I’m not sure what you want me to do”.
After all this, I said to myself “you know what? These kinds of people aren’t worth the time. I’ll just delete this review and maybe they’ll leave me alone”.
Well, now they mail me weekly reminders about my (deceased) cats expired rabies shots. So I guess the harassment isn’t over :(

Long details and raw review for all pets, if you want to know the truth about the little care they have, and the only concern they have is money.
To start off, I have been brining my cat to All pets for the past few months because he has an on going cold. We have done a couple test and finally in March we came to a conclusion on what he does have and has to live with.
I was told that I would be able to get prescriptions refilled for him when has his flare ups and since March he has his first flare. I called the vet yesterday and spoke to two ladies, I don’t remember the lady of the first conversation, but I will say she lied to me on the phone and when I called her out for lying she back peddled and tried to cover it up. Then she put me hold because of that, and Bri answers the phone and starts going on about his medication, I have to pause her and ask if this the same lady, she goes “no” and I have to proceed to ask who I’m even speaking with. From the start she had an attitude. She goes on to tell me about how they cannot refill his prescription and they would need to see him again. When we have diagnosed my cat already and I was told he could refills. I go on to say I’d like to speak with the vet herself, and bri refused. I had to call back today, and was told by bri again I couldn’t speak to the vet and she relayed message to me saying he will need to do another test to conclude he has what we already concluded. So I proceed to ask if we can just schedule whatever test they would like to do so we can rule that, they goes to tell me no I will have to still come in and pay for the vet to just tell me the same exact information bri explained. I even called her out and said “so I have to come in and pay for visit after you just told me what the next step would be” and she goes “yes” so I comply and say okay we can schedule a regular visit. I’ll bite the bullet and pay another fee just to be told the same info.
At the end conversation I ask for the vet name and bri name and she refused to give that information. All I know is the name “doctor Wes” and when I asked if she has a first name because as a business it’s not confidential information to give a name out, she proceeds to say “well it’s probably on our site” with so much attitude.
I will not go to this facility ever again. And will never recommend it. I will be sharing this also on other platforms to bring awareness to vet offices like this who only care about money and could care less about actually helping animals.
It does not make sense why a vet says they do prescription refills, when we diagnosed the animal to begin with
This place is a scam and this type of stuff happens so much at vet offices. Places like this is why pet owners never get the results they need because these offices only care about getting money, do your research, vets are the biggest scam.

I was told on one day the price of booster shots for 2 of my dogs. I agreed to the price and asked if any other services were needed so I can budget it out before making the appointment. She said there was an emergency but will call me back. She never did. I had to call back the next day to complete making the appointment and receive the information I requested. I asked to verify what the vet tech told me the PREVIOUS DAY. I was put on hold so she could ask someone If she can repeat that information to me. I asked her to speak with the same person I spoke with but instead she spoke with Bree, the office manager, who came on the line and told me that they do not quote over the phone. I explained again. I had just been quoted yesterday. Please just confirm that info. She refused to do so and said if they quote over the phone then the price can be "HELD AGAINST THEM!"
WHAT? Are you kidding me? I was also charged OVER $800 for my son's 2 dogs to have exams, heartworm test, heartworm meds, rabies and distemper shots. It seems this vet office, with the exception of one person at the front (wears glasses very sweet) only care about money. Also, ask before taking pictures of your pet to go on your Facebook page. All about your image. Not the pet. Or family of the pet.

The WORST PLACE EVER!!! The people that work at this place are illiterate and have no brains! They call you to pick up your pet at a certain time and have you wait in the lobby on thier uncomfortable wood bench seats for over an hour. This happens EVERYTIME! They don't care about You or your Pet. They only care about your MONEY. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL MEANS!! THEY OVER CHARGE YOU FOR SHOTS YOUR PET DOESN'T EVEN NEED. THIS PLACE AND THE STAFF ARE PATHETIC!!

Fair pricing and came away with a feeling our diabetic cat was cared for and not just another transaction.
