My wife went to 7/11 today around 1pm and the customer service was terrible. The cashier did not understand how to count change 1st of all and blatantly said to my wife "you're confusing me"! Before my wife could grab her items the cashier already had the next person rung up an was impatiently tapping her foot as to hurry my wife up further. Someone needs to take notice to this because the isnt the 1st time something like this happened at this same location.

The man that works the counter is very nice and professional but it’s poorly managed. He’s always by himself and the line is always very long.

Stephanie is a badass. Came in one night/morning after work and she offered to make a fresh hot chicken sandwich for me. It was delicious and very much appreciated! Thank you Stephanie- 711 give her a raise!

The guy tonight was very rude to me and had me in tears. He would not give me new scratch offs or powerball ticket for game tonight. This is the 2nd time I've been treated this way. I will not go here again.

Weiner dogs are superb? faygos always stocked in every flavor ? Can't complain .? And I muat add that the nite staff is by far the most friendliest and attractive . Just saying. Will be back like always when the munchies quick in. ! I recommend!

Very unprofessional. The charity shaming is out of control at this place and the staff are so pushy about it. I will never shop here again. I spend hundreds of dollars a week at 711. But not anymore. Thanks to the chubby girl with glasses that thought it would be fun to charity shame me.

Very unprofessional. The charity shaming is out of control at this location. They are very pushy about selling you cookies or water for charity to the point of being rude and confrontational. That fat girl with glasses upset me today and I will not be returning. I spend $300-$500 A WEEK at this store for myself and numerous employees. But I will no longer. Thanks to them.
