This 7-Eleven is a great location with great stuff, but service experiences vary. A night shift worker receives consistent praise for a helpful and pleasant demeanor. However, a separate daytime incident caused significant dissatisfaction when a worker applied a personal reward number to a customer's transaction without permission, which was deemed unacceptable. The customer found this action so problematic they left without completing the purchase, suggesting the worker needs more training. A minor, repeated point of aggravation for some is that straws are kept behind the counter.
Jaymi is the epitome of customer service, friendly, helpful and respectful. This will be my go-to 7-11 from now on.

I must give Gabe who works the nite shift a shout out for always having a helpfull and pleasant demeanor. you rock dude! great location great stuff, kinda aggravating the straws are kept behind the counter though. dawg on straw thieves at it again... other then that kudos.
