Always clean and great customer service

I had a highly disappointing experience at the 7-Eleven store located at 10887 Trinity Blvd, New Port Richey, FL. On July 27, 2024, I stopped by to purchase a 12 oz bottle of Minute Maid Apple Juice, which was clearly marked with a price of $1.99 in the cooler. However, when I went to pay, it rang up as $2.49.
I alerted the associate to the fact that the pricing label in the cooler displayed $1.99 for the juice. Instead of addressing the issue, she replied, "Well, it won’t after I take it down," and refused to honor the $1.99 price. The label was a standard pricing tag, not a special promotion, so I expected the advertised price to be honored.
This experience was far from convenient and left me very frustrated. It’s unacceptable to not honor clearly displayed prices. I won’t be returning to this location and suggest that others be cautious. Customer service and honesty need serious improvement here.

I wait 5 mins and this guy doesnt even care to check me out. He sees me and walks away multiple times. I will never be coming here again. And kudos to 7-Eleven for hiring such kind of people. Unfortunately G-Maps trims the video to 30 secs, so couldn’t post 5 mins video.

Extremely rude cashier. Prices higher on everything I buy in the store than the other 7-11's within a mile or two on 54. Pass this one by.

Has the best of everything... LOVE IT... I just didn't do the last star because of the rumors that they have so many problems with fraudulent scanners stealing your card numbers.. Don't not go there because I said that. I was just throwing that out there

Purchased some lottery tickets which totaled $7 and asked "Scott" to take my $3 cash and I'll put the rest on my debit card. You would have thought I asked him to part the Red Sea. So after he gave me the stank attitude I asked him "Are you serious?" (Regarding his attitude) and his response was "yea" so I told him to forget it and just put it all on the debit card. When I explain to him that I work in customer care and that is not how you treat your customers his response was "well then you know how it is to deal with people all day. Ummm yes I do and I don't give my customers the crappy attitude that you just gave me. So I ask him his name and he responds "Scott" and asks "you want the number also?" I said "not needed and good luck cause you are going to need it". He asked what does that mean and I told him you just never know who is the person you are being stank with on the other side of the counter. I will never spend another dollar at that 7-eleven ever again but I will go one last time to get a picture of Scott because I will post his rude self on social media to make his rude self famous for all the wrong reasons.

Avoid this store at all costs!!! I just had a horrible customer service experience by a gentlemen claimed to be “JD” in the evening shift. I was running low on gas and trying to get home where my debit card was , I proceeded to try and get gas with half cash and half on my work card that had money on it. He yelled at me and told me that he could not split the payment and it’s the rules! I have NEVER been told that I can not pay half cash and half card at ANY gas station. He was terrible with customer service and I will never return to this gas station. I now know why it has 3 stars on google. Absolutely worst customer service at have ever experienced. If you live in trinity, PLEASE BY PASS THIS GAS STATION.

This gas station is nasty. Bought a few cans of drinks, they were so dirty is was disgusting. Pumps don't work. Customers getting drunk in the parking lot. No thanks.

staff is friendly, however there are lots of expired items on the shelves, some by a few days others by a few weeks, ranging from donuts/cakes to chips. took a little time to find snacks for my boyfriend and I because of that.

I don't have a rating for this store I just left the store with 2 kids I purchased $20 worth of merchandise my cigarettes fell out of my pocket putting one of the kids in the car and person working when I called said he was too busy and he couldn't speak to me Speak to me any hung up on me I immediately went back and hes standing outside smoking a cigarette but another customer told me that he picked the cigarettes up off the ground and put them back on the shelf and then claimed he didn't see anything in the parking lot so these people aren't even honest at the store the people that worked there if you leave something in there put it back on the shelf and expect you to repurchase at the end of the day tomorrow morning I'm going to the owner when hes there and have him roll his cameras back to show how he has a Thief for an employing
