Courteous, friendly, nice people. Store is always clean and well stocked. This is where I get my scripts and everyone has always been helpful. Great prices on variety items too when you're ins pinch. Love my neighborhood Walgreens!!!

I thought the Walgreens in Jax beach was bad well Neptune beach is just as bad. Customer service is absolutely awful. Waited for about 10 mins to check out meanwhile the cashier is sweeping the floor and greeting customers. I finally asked him if there was someone to operate the register and he said sorry he didn't see me. Puuuleeease mr I saw you checkin multiple times to see if your co worker in the photo section would come ring me up but he did not do you continued to sweep. Walgreens needs to get their employees better vision insurance because they obviously need their eyes checked. Not to mention the pharmacy. Absolutely never have my medication and never work to get me a fair price in comparison to CVS who does it without me even asking! Same prescription at CVS was 15$ compared to the 35$ I paid at Walgreens. CVS pharmacy went out of their way to find me a coupon. Skip this Walgreens and go next door to CVS they have excellent customer service!!!

This continues to be the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. Their lack of customer service, inability to efficiently fill medications (still waiting on an antibiotic called in 24 hours ago), and rudeness of staff continues to amaze me. they never answer their phone, it's laughable that this hasn't changed.

We stopped by today and got waters as we were leaving there was a couple outside. We realized the woman was having heatstroke. We got her inside and the cashiers were wonderful. They rushed to bring her a chair and got her a towel and room temperature water. We stayed with her until the paramedics got there but I had to say something about the amazing cashiers at this store going so far above and beyond. Actually caring. You have Ana amazing group there. Thank you!

I've actually patronized this Walgreens for a very long time and it's usually when summertime hits or a night out. I would probably take a guess as to why it's not favored by so many. I've been a witness to much here. Smh I know the employees have to deal with the beach crowds in the summer with random (and often nasty AND intoxicated) people coming in and out grabbing whatever they may have forgotten to bring with them to the beach. There ya' go. It's the beach lifestyle. Yes, the service can be slow here most of the time and in my experience, there's never a good reason. But hey. I'm pretty patient and remind myself, "you're at the beach." I never have high expectations when it comes to any type of customer service at the beaches. Walgreens included. I accept it and move on. I'm a fan of this Walgreens location because it's a necessary means for some of us beachgoers who do not live in the area to pick up snacks, cold beverages, beach accessories and sun protection at decent prices. It's usually organized and stocked sufficiently. The selection is usually very good for those things and it's so close and convenient to the sand.

This is a very large Walgreens. It was stocked extremely well. The parking lot was filthy, although nicely landscaped. The main reason I'm giving it 3 stars is that when I checked out, one of the items scanned at a different price than marked and when I pointed it out, got quite the attitude from the cashier. The attitude definitely wasn't deserved because the item and it's price was next to him on the counter. Sigh...

They would not release my fedex package to me even though I had my slip fedex left on my door. Very frustrating and eventually gave up. Woman was rude. Will not be going back to this Walgreens

Is it possible to give them negative 5 stars? This is by far the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with for prescriptions. You wait in the line outside forever, they never answer their phone, they're constantly out of some medications, and overall have the worst customer experience of any business I've ever dealt with in my life. I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere.

Went on a Friday to pick up my prescription after I spoke with someone on the phone who said they were filling it. When I got there they had no tablets in stock of what I needed. It was a holiday weekend. They told me I should try the other Walgreens in the area. They also told me they would have it ordered for me and it will be in the following Tuesday. I come to find out today (Friday) I called and spoke with a Pharmacy Tech, she said it was in. Then someone else picked up the phone and hung up on me because I sent the pharmacy tech to verify that it was in stock. When I called back someone else answered and told me it was never ordered and they in fact did not have any in stock! Very disappointed! I do not recommend this pharmacy to ANYONE!

I miss CVS pharmacy so much! When the insurance issue happened with CVS and they lost Florida Blue and Blue Cross Blue Shield, I was forced to switch over to Walgreens. The pharmacy employees in Neptune Beach are not the most pleasant bunch. I ALWAYS feel like I'm bothering them. Most of the employees in the pharmacy seem very annoyed and not happy to help anyone! Straw....camel...broken back..... They are "open" till 10pm, but not really as they start closing up about 9:50pm. If you are in the drive through during that time (and other times as well) they will walk right in and out of the window frame and never look at or acknowledge you. They know that they can ignore you and you'll eventually get mad and drive off. I'm considering Publix or Winn Dixie Pharmacy!
