I closed my long term account and mov d to Regions. My former bank had employees ..and not just TV screens to talk to ...but they only had one teller for whoever was there. Regions has real people who greet you when you walk in the door and they go out of there way to give you great service and to answer any questions you have.

I changed banks 5 years ago and I have never looked back. Their customer service is amazing.

I am a deaf man and I was having a bad day lost my card in an atm machine and lost my I’d needed money for gas and food and this very kind patient woman Aldria Freeman she was happy to help her smile made my frustrations melt away even when I was pretty upset she had a kind personality and a glow on her face that lit up the world thank you regions for people like Aldria you saved the day :)

This branch is great. Even when they have not seen me in 6 months, the branch manager (Angie) remembered me! They are always helpful if I have an issue. Ellen is super helpful. They have several notaries, even Medallion. And if I choose to go through the drive through, Amy always so helpful! I was banking mostly at Chase but after several bad experiences and lack of customer service, I am switching my main account to Regions. I am going to get rid of Chase acct since they have switched to ATMs inside their bank, replacing tellers. They have no clue who I am. I'm just a number. Their lack of customer service and Regions above and beyond customer service makes a huge difference to me. Customer service is always key to a successful experience.
