This is my favorite CVS, if such a thing exists! I’m a semi-retired extreme couponer who used to frequent a lot of the CVS locations around town. This location was always the nicest to me. Couponing is all about strategy and can take some time, especially if the items you needed for your transactions are no longer available. I can’t tell you how many times I got asked by other patrons if I worked at CVS (this happened at any location) cause I looked so official with my binder, notebook and overflowing buggie, despite my casual appearance. I would drive past the Jax Beach location to come to the one in Neptune! Whenever I tried another CVS, I was reminded why I should have stayed at home in Neptune. Brian always made me feel welcome here and his enthusiasm at watching my total go down was always a delight! Thank you Neptune Beach CVS for always making my shopping hauls a good experience.

The pharmacy area got something strange pumping out of their vents. Thank God I just stayed in the front by the food .. praying it did not seep into my food cuz I am tryna stay Klean and free of drugs except ny Suboxone. Jesus Loves Yawl... see my picture comment for more info

I wouldn’t suggest this place for prescriptions. I was thrust into their system after Winn-Dixie closed, So I gave it a shot. If you call, expect to sit on hold for at least 20 minutes, If you’re able to get anybody at all. Also, when I went to pick up, the pharmacist didn’t have the medication. He seemed put out and made a rude comment about the dosage of my medication. Sir, I witnessed a man die in front of me and then lost my brand new baby only six months after that. You are not a doctor. Very inappropriate.

Apparently there are No managers on duty! There was a younger lady in a red shirt or jacket behind the counter on her cell phone , obviously Not working! She didn't even pay attention to customers as I stood at the counter waiting for her phone call to get done. Finally, another lady with long brown hair came up there to help me and I asked her if it's always like this in here? Meaning, does the other lady get paid to talk on her phone all night and she said unfortunately yes. I think if your paying your help they should do more than sit on their cell phone while everyone else does their job. The woman who was doing all of the work said it's her last day here anyway, I don't blame her at all. This is why no one can find good help anymore.

Ed helped me find some tennis balls today and I wouldn’t have found them had he not taken the time to ask if he could help me find anything.These were EXTREMELY IMPORTANT tennis balls and this was the third store I tried and THANK THE GOOD LORD for CVS and Ed’s great customer service.

Pharmacy staff so rude and unhelpful when I was trying to get my prescription filled that I broke down crying. Judging by other similar reviews, these people clearly need to find new jobs away from sick and vulnerable people.

My favorite CVS store near me, definitely prefer this location over South 3rd St. The staff is always polite, helpful & seem to care about their job.Also, love the CVS carepass, only $5 per month & u get $10 off per month, 20% off, plus all the extracare stuff. Totally worth the $5 if u shop at CVS atleast 1 time per month.
