We recently moved with our personal accounts to Chase at Atlantic Beach. Being new to Chase I have to say that Michael V. did a perfect job for us. He explained everything and answered all our questions in a very professional way. Beside that he went above and beyond his normal duties to help us and made us feel welcome at Chase. I will also move my business accounts to Chase and will make Chase my main bank. Thanks to Michael V.

I have to get this warning out. I am in the middle of dealing with fraud involving Chase. A large amount of money was stolen directly out of my account in the most obviously suspicious way possible. When I took up the case with this branch, after writing me off basically they have told me they are not giving my money back. Naturally I got upset, didn't even curse but I asked for answers from the Manager here. It didn't take her very long to ask me to leave the building, very responsible of her considering I am dealing with such a stressful situation. I have contacted my lawyer. When does a bank allow your money to go missing, then tell you to LEAVE after you ask for answers?

Dishonest team. Martin Cicero in specific is a dishonest man and was asking me to supply him with information that was fraudulent in order to qualify for a loan - further, he pressured me into filing a tax return that was incomplete in order to obtain a loan. I explained to him that I was not comfortable doing so as I had not received my K-1s. The entire team is slippery and shady - be very cautioned dealing with this.

Keith wasn't very helpful. He rolled his eyes at my several times and I think I heard him curse at me under his breath. Then he told me maybe I should close my account and find a different bank. Not a good attitude for a manager

DO NOT GO TO THIS CHASE BANK!! My Family and I are long term chase bank users. I love Chase Bank although I've never experienced a branch this mistrustful. The cashier forgot to give me over $100 a few weeks ago. To get the money back it took me days and several trips to the branch. The ATM machine will steal your money and give you an error message. The Chase branch tells you there's nothing they can do about it and gives you a phone number to call. This Chase branch is extremely sketchy. Do not go here unless you want your money stolen. I've had to jump through hoops to get my money back - absolutely ridiculous!!

I’ve had the worst experience here. This branch and their employees are absolutely obnoxious and rude. Especially, Keith D. Robey. Very Unprofessional! I’ve been banking with chase for over 15+ years and have completely changed my credit union to Vystar. Go to Vystar if you wanted to be treated with respect.

Not professional approach. Branch manager Keith D. Robey was very pushy. He himself likes to talk a lot about what he does not understand and does not want to listen to arguments. It looks like this branch doesn't need new business clients. Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time here.
