Worst autozone ever been to will never go again they are disgusting over the phone and should never refer to other store managers as uneducated or tell a customer to contact their district manager. Please fire whoever manages this store

Manager the worst rude! They made an issue and called another store manager for helping us uneducated when they made the issue and we all were trying to solve the issue.

Some of the employees are too lazy to look up items. More training is need with the others. Some may have been mechanics but others shouldn’t suggest anything unless they truly know what they’re talking about. I only deal with Mr. Deon or Mr. Mike since Mr. Vince left.

You guys are awesome! Dan was great. I needed my radio fuse fixed and he helped. I also told him I had a clam on the beach. He opened it for me because I was scared. He did it for me. Thank you!!

Alright, the service is great and the people are cool but what's the point if they never have any parts I need wether it's spark plugs or gaskets. Their system will show multiple in stock but everytime they go back there "We don't have any actually, but you can drive 10 miles down the road to the hub." I drove here for a reason.. Don't waste your time, just go to the hub or go across the street to Advanced auto.

Randy was an amazing person genuine and patient. Not only did he step out of his way to lend me his own tool from his truck but when I broke it and brought it back he didn’t care and STILL came out his way to help me but still continued to deligate to me as needed but he continued to lend me his own tool from his truck until I was able to finish my job.

Randy saved the day for me and my little boy. We traveled from Nashville, rented our hotel. Went outside to a dead battery. I tried everything to get someone to help us, but no luck. Called auto zone and gave my story to Randy. He said give me the address and I will charge it when I get off work at 3. He arrived shortly after 3 charged it and sent us to the store for testing. It definitely needed a battery. They installed it there and I was on the road with in 20 minutes! Amazing!!!!!!! Such a great person and a great store!

Called and asked how many batteries they could accept at a time, very quick and basic question and the employee named Justin muttered an obscenity at me and hung up for no reason. I called back and asked what I did to be called what he called me and he said he didn't have time to talk about batteries. Ok, sorry I won't "inconvenience" this business anymore. When I asked to talk to the manager he answered and just hung up on me. Avoid this place.
