We Received great service from dodger and there was another gentleman who helped us. My daughter is 20 years old and her father was out of town, we needed fluids filled up and they were so helpful. We really appreciate you guys. Thank you.

As a customer of another auto parts store, i had to draw the line with them and because their customer service was so awful! So I will never open that door again. So I drove across town, cause Auto Zone at Neptune Beach, had a part that I needed and I have to say Mike L, welcome me at the door and made my welcome so much better and he turn my whole day around and the customer service was absolutely above and beyond, extremely helpful, will always be an Auto Zone customer, thank you so much Mike!

I bought a car in st augustine and came here. My van died suddenly. I was two miles from them . Mike and his manager I forgot her name were very helpful. Came to pick me up then installed the battery. I now have a warranty on a battery I was supposed to have when I bought the car. Great people. Please do work with them

I've been here a few times and each time gets it better. I've gotten windshield wipers, a battery, and an alternator from here. The entire staff is super helpful and efficient along with the store manager who helped me personally. Thank you guys so much.

Randy at Autozone was amazing today! Went to get the error test on my engine…figured out what was wrong, grabbed the part and then when I thought I’d need to go to a mechanic or use their recommended auto guy, Randy himself took an extra few minutes and did it himself on the spot! What an awesome experience! If I need anything in the future, I’m coming back to this location to see what’s what first! Thank you Randy - you added to an already good news kinda day with me making my way from months of illness and getting the clean bill of health literally minutes before I drove to your location. So grateful for your time and kindness!

Dan Da'Man is awesome! He was personable, professional and great sense of humor! He installed the hydralic trunk thingamagiees in no time! Saved me time and most importantly $$$ vs going to the dealer!! Highly highly recommend Dan and Autozone, Neptune Beach anytime, anywhere!!

I had a bad battery issue and arrived just minutes before closing time. The employees were super nice and stayed open late to install a new battery. Not sure how I would have made it home without their help. Thank you for being so generous with your time and expertise! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I came into this Autozone so they could check if my battery was bad or not, and Dion D helped me every step of the way. My battery was in fact bad, but he figured out that it was under warranty so I was able to get a new one through a very smooth process. The whole staff in this Autozone is very respectful and super, super helpful. I highly recommend and I will definitely come back to this location if I have any other issues with my vehicle. Thank you Autozone!
