“I purchase an alternator last month and unfortunately it was a defective one from the manufacturer not from O'Reilly's and it was under warranty and I had three alternators from the store on Atlantic Boulevard well needless to say all three were bad so I called the store manager his name is Tom and he politely heard my whole store what was going on the whole dilemma and he said what can I do to make it right well he took my information and he called me on a Saturday if I'm not mistaken just recently and he took care of the whole situation everything was handled so professionally and he was a man of his word thank you very much”

“So far so good, I've seen a lot of bad reviews for this place but compared to everywhere else I've bought motorcycles this was by far the best experience I've had besides cycles of jacksonville. They gave me almost twice what ride now offered me for my trade in. They had a fair market deal on the zx10r I wanted and it was easy to deal with them. I don't understand how so many people had problems with them. You don't go buy a bike from a dealer for the best deal in town. You buy a bike from a dealer so you don't have to deal with sketchy people or the dmv and that's worth it to me.”
