Forget customer service unless you want a roll of the eyes from a teenager who can tell you what you can clearly see or find on your own. The products they sell are good but the prices are very high. Their success seems more based on location and their attempt to sell a beach vibe than on anything else.

So, Aquaeast is hosting a surf camp at Micklers Beach. As a lifetime Surfer, I was stoked to see this. 2 kids came up to tell me about the humongous waves they caught, and their excitement led to mine. What's better than kids digging surfing? We even ride the same size board and she asked me to watch her first set. Then, three wannabe "trainers" came up and said I was making the kidsUncomfortable and to keep my distance. I wanted to handle it then, but I have more respect for the Pogues. Completely non professional. If watching kids having fun surfing is wrong, then so is this company for sponsoring the event.

New to surfing and forgot a leash while visiting the area. Helpful employees that are straight forward and very welcoming. Will definitely return if I'm ever in the area.

This place is very organized. I enjoy walking in here and being greeted by workers. They also have changing rooms for trying on clothes and they have restrooms.

Aqua East has the greatest selection of men’s and women’s shorts, swimwear, flip flops and surf gear, including some brands you won’t find everywhere. Friendly service and great prices. Highly recommend!

Came in from out of town -- had emailed a few times with Mike to procure a Stewart Redline 11...he was super helpful. When I arrived at the store, Drew took over, brought the board downstairs and held it the whole time while I shopped (I was impressed that he never put it down). KT took over from there and sold me a few shirts...afterward Drew offered to carry the board to my truck. Now that is service...aloha

I have been coming here since I was a kid decades ago. Had a little situation with a paddle that I bought from there some time ago. Mike helped me out big time and remedied the situation. Best surf shop in the area hands down.
