I had One of the worst experiences of my life because of Caleb stay very far away from him. He charged me for a phone that I never bought. And as a result of his negligence, it has cost me more than 8 hours trying to get it off of my bill.

I went there at 615 no one there, closed? It says online open till 7. It's not like is showed up 5 till 7. There were 2 other cars there too. One person before me trying to get in, and another pulled in behind me.

Past experiences while upgrading my phone have been likened to a trip to the dentist or the DMV. My experience today was nothing like that. After a very good weekend of celebrations, my cell did not survive the shenanigans and had to be replaced quickly, especially since I'm taking trip out of country this week.After arriving at the local Verizon store after opening, Michael informed me that they did not have the Galaxy 23s in stock but he was expecting some delivered by 11am. Call came in at 11:30am and Shannon was quick, knowledgeable and patient as my phone was on life support and we had to trick it to transfer data sometimes. TOTAL process took approximately an hour or so. Other customers came in while Shannon worked with my transfer and they're questions were handled in a timely manner even if they couldn't personally help that customer with their needs.Being a small shop, I can see where they would get busy quickly. Patience and understanding goes a long way, especially when the outcome was as painless as today's visit.

Incredible service. This place has plaques mentioning their integrity as well as badges on the door, indicating good service. I can tell you they are founded. I never would have expected a phone salesman to be so transparent and helpful, as well as knowledgeable.

My wife lost her phone while here on vacation. Michael had us set up and running in no time. Very friendly and knowledgeable about his products.

I got a new iPhone 14. Yes everything was easy but one major problem. I was told my trade in amount was $800 which is what had been previously offered. The paper work showed $440. I was told this sometimes happens and the manager would submit a correction. After talking directly with Verizon I found out the current trade in offer was only $440. I went back to talk to manager. He claimed I was getting a customer appreciation amount on top of the trade in. His rep would process that and the phone Verizon reps couldn’t see all this. I went back weekly to follow up and kept getting told he was waiting for his rep to process. He was even supposed to get back to me after contacting his rep again. That never happened. I think I was totally lied to and strung along till my return period had expired and I had to return home.

Michael was AMAZING! I usually hate dealing with phone stores but he made this process so much better. The Gulf claimed my phone (yikes!). Instead of trying to upsell me on a new model, he took the time to figure out the best possible course of action for me and walked me through the process of filing an insurance claim. Long story short, I am getting a new phone delivered to me TODAY while I'm on vacation because of his helpfulness, at a very slight fraction of what I would have had to shell out for a brand new phone. Five stars and two thumbs up. So glad we went here instead of a corporate store.

I went in with my boyfriend to inquire about switching to the 5G unlimited plan and get new phones. We spoke with Michael who was extremely friendly and informative, he helped us find the best deal for our situation and made the process very easy. Highly recommend these guys if you have any questions or are looking to get new phones as well!

Went in to activate an Apple Watch. Took 3 people to assist and then they charged a $35 set up for success fee when they didn’t help set up anything in addition to the activation fee Verizon charges. I called their customer service about this fee and was toldIt’s up to the store if they charge the fee or not and that they shouldn’t of they didn’t help set it up. Will never go here again.
