Worst Post Office I have ever seen. Long lines. Slow. Preferred customers first( I have literally watched people skip line and go straight to the desk, as long as they know them, they get served before everyone else in line). Don't get me started on delivery.

Answer your phone! Forwarded mail service is unreliable. Post Office employees at the service desks are helpful and personable. Staffing and training needs help.

Navarre FL has grown a lot in the last few years and a new larger post office and parking lot are needed.

I arrived at my appointment 5 minutes early and the man and woman working there said I would have to reschedule because they were servicing walk-in’s despite myself having an actual appointment. I didn’t get their names but it was a man with glasses and a brown haired woman with a bad attitude

Terrible service, poorly trained staff and not stocked properly yo service the population of Navarre. This post office has never changed in the 14 years I have lived here despite the fact that the population has grown massively .

This place is terrible!!!! I got notice that my package would be delivered on Monday. Naturally its late...which is fine, Wednesday rolls around and it has made it to their facility. The very next morning it was sent back into transit. They didnt even try to deliver it or leave me a note or anything! Dont even bother calling because they dont answer... its ridiculous.

I mailed a Christmas card to my father in TX, it was in the mailbox on Dec 15, when he received it; Dec 26th, it was postmarked Dec 21. He sent me a card; from TX on Dec 11, I STILL HAVE NOT received it. Perhaps your processes aren't working and should be reviewed?

I've always had good service at the Navarre Post Office. Employees have always been very helpful, even couple times when I messed something up. Like Monday 12/11, i finally got packages ready and knew it'd be very busy, which it was. Waited on long line, observed the clerks assisting others, few of us just chatted making line more bearable. Atmosphere was pleasant, some joked around with each other. Of course I'd messed up, but Denise ,as usual, helped me fix, smiled, wished Merry Christmas,as I did, and to those still in line. Customer service is a touijob, from my own experience. God bless them all.

I’ve always experienced good service inside the building itself, HOWEVER, if you want mail delivered by carriers from this location, good luck. The epitome of underworked, overpaid, and lazy. They seem to actually go out of their way and work extra hard to NOT deliver mail. When it comes to leaving snarky little notes in your mailbox, though, they’re the best. I have absolutely no control over where anyone other than myself parks their vehicles.

I just want to say that WHOEVER delivered mail and packages to Forest Bay Estates on Friday is THE MAN/WOMAN!!!!! This mail person worked in the dark for HOURS at the common mailbox and then delivered packages until after 10pm in the neighborhood. Hats off to you, whoever you are!!!! You, sir/madam, deserve a raise and lots of praise!

Couple tips for using this post office;1. Don't bother calling- they don't answer phones. Ever.2. NEVER use the package pickup service. If your package goes missing after your mail person picks it up you are out of luck (I speak from experience).3. Always take your prepaid packages in and have a real person at the desk SCAN them for a receipt. Don't just leave them in the drop off pile!4. Go weekdays between 8:30-9:30 if you don't want to wait an hour in line. Forgot going on Saturday!

I've had several packages that were noted "Delivered in Parcel Locker." However, I never got the key to open the parcel locker. I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and wait a couple of days to see if it worked itself out. It didnt, so I reached out to Corporate USPS and they were great. They opened a ticket to find my packages.Today, I get a call from Brian at the local USPS and the conversation started pretty good. He said he spoke to our normal carrier and the carrier said he delivered it and left the key in my mailbox. So I explained I didn't get the key in my mailbox and that's why we were having this conversation. I explained I got a random, unmarked key that didn't fit any boxes or parcel lockers. After explaining that to him he says "You need to understand you take the key out of your box and use it to open the parcel locker." Obviously that's how it works if you have the key to the locker... Brian treated me like I was an absolute idiot and instead of admitting a mistake (Which would have been understandable and forgiven with no question) he told me this was my fault for not having the right key in my mailbox. Thanks Brian... The only reason it's 2 stars is because the carrier was kind enough to deliver the package to my door.

Dropped 2 packages off with pre labeled shipping 2 days ago and they still haven’t scanned them in. I’ve never had an issue with the other usps locations but reading these reviews they probably got stolen

My husband had a package that we missed delivery for, so we went in to pick it up. Denise at the front desk told us we would need to go to the post office in Gulf Breeze. When my husband tried to explain that we’d picked up our packages here before, she just told us that no we hadn’t. She was very unhelpful and we still can’t find our package

The worst. received informed delivery notice that package 9205590324919230565502 was out for delivery on 8/2/23 while our mail was on hold. then that day notice that is was being held at post office. August 3 notice that individual had picked up package at PO. We were still out of town and no one else knew there was package being held. On 8/7 went to PO to get explanation. Supervisor Brian was on the phone. Employee took info and said he would call me. No call that day. 8/8 went to PO, spoke with Brian, he had no idea what I was talking about, gave him info again, he would call. No call, Went back 8/15 he was off. Gave info a 3rd time to lady supervisor he would call. 8/17 he calls at 430 PM asking about a claim I had started online about nondelivered mail. Again he was clueless that I had given him the info 3 times. Told me one of workers at the desk remembered someone who looked like my husband coming in and picking up package. We were still out of town and my husband has probably been there twice in 5 years. He wouldn't have known my husband. Brian cannot explain what happened to the package and tells me I will have to file a claim. I cannot because I don't know what was in the package or where it was from. He was able to tell me where it was from and how much it weighed which was not helpful. I asked how anyone else would have known besides us that we had a package being held at the PO. He couldn't answer. I hate to cast doubt but all I know is that my husband, I, and the people at the PO were the only ones who knew about that package and I know that neither of us picked it up. That leaves it with the PO. I have been told and have seen it myself that if someone came in knowing there was a package for us there, ID would have been checked. Either it was not and just handed out which seems unlikely since no one at the PO can explain how someone from the outside would have known about the package or it was taken by someone in the PO.
