We’ve been a couple of times and love it. Great views, awesome pool (with bar), and steps away from white sand. The employees are so nice and helpful. The breakfast is decent but highly recommend the on premise restaurant, the Beach House. The food is excellent - and so is the service. The sunrises are worth it alone.

The beds are too hard and the walls are too thin, however the BEACH is right there. We slept with our gulf view balcony door cracked a few inches to listen to the surf all night long. The daily 9 AM yoga classes with Patricia and Brenna were WONDERFUL. Restorative Yoga made up for the hard beds. The "free" breakfast was good, and I appreciated the strong coffee and the option for Oat Milk - I really appreciated the non dairy options. Front desk staff, cleaning staff and breakfast staff were helpful. This was our third stay and we will most likely be back....It would have been nice to spend the $25.00 credits per day at the gift shop!!

Pool is not heated during cool months! Why would I visit a resort, if I can’t go in the pool bc it’s cold? There are cheaper options in the area if I take out the pool as an amenity to use…please do better with the

Location Location Location...professional friendly staff, nicely well appointed rooms, complimentary hot breakfast. The outdoor pool was heated in the low 80s. And the beach is only 25 yds away. White caps ice cream shop is truly unbelievable ?Food & drinks: Whitecaps ice cream and shakes, EMERA coffee ☕️ bar and Beach House restaurant ? great food recommendations Grouper or Filet

We stayed for weekend and had a beautiful time. I wish we had more clarity around our 25 dollars a day credit we missed out on using it on our first day. The drinks by the pool were excellent!! We will be back.

Upon arrival, Miss Hannah, a delightful young lady, greeted us. She was cheerful, knowledgeable, and respectful. Surprisingly, she upgraded us from a bay-side room to an ocean-view suite. This is a 5-star hotel with all the amenities one expects.The hotel was clean, as were the suite and restaurants. Great service by a customer-oriented staff. The pool, jacuzzi, and "river raft' added to the experience.Safety: The area was very safe and conveniently located to all of one's normal needs.

I have to start off by saying the front desk agent Ocean was wonderful. She was very friendly, patient, and helpful in assisting me with fixing a billing error that my work made. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This hotel is fantastic. Rooms are clean, new, and up to date. The amenities they offer are wonderful, the food is great and the voucher they offer is icing on the cake. Do yourself a favor, and stay here.

We were disappointed that the pool and lazy river were NOT heated despite the front desk telling us it was 85 degrees. The hot tub was maybe 80 degrees and the pool was 50’s/60’s (confirmed by other guests, as well). When we told the staff- nothing was done to fix the situation. A big reason we booked this hotel was for the pool/hot tub :/That being said, the location is beautiful right on the beach. Breakfast is good. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable.
