“This is my local Publix and we frequent shopping here. We have always had a good experience, but yesterday was over the top excellent. I brought my toddler to the store with me to grab a quick couple of things for dinner. She was falling asleep in the shopping cart and as I went to check out, I realized I forgot my phone and my wallet at home. I went to customer service with $18 cash that I had on me and had the cashier ring me up. My total came out to $19 and some change. The cashier (Sherry) was so kind and applied a coupon to my purchase that I did not have, so that I could afford my groceries. Sherry went above and beyond for me and my family and I think she deserves recognition for that! This Publix truly is where shopping is a pleasure .”

“This was the best pharmacy and pharmacist I've ever dealt with! I evacuated here from Houma la and needed an out of state transfer quickly before I relocated again for a covid family death, normally pharmacy staff are aggravated and won't make this happen in one day. The lady pharmacist who worked tonight went above and beyond to help me. I used to be a pharmacy technician so I know that she went out of her way to provide amazing customer service. As a past tech for Walmart I sure hope y'all make sure this lady stays with the company because she is needed majorly! Thank you for being such a kind soul!”
“My wife and I are in town from Colorado and she was completely out of her migraine medication that she needs to function. The insurance wouldn't fill it until we had already left town so we went to Publix to see if they could help us. Tracy at the pharmacy was amazing. She was patient and kind and helped us even though the transfer request was time-consuming and not easy to do. She was compassionate to my wife's health condition, and truly saved the trip for us. “My son got an ear infection while we were in Navarre on vacation. Our doc called in his drops to the cvs. I called them to find out how quickly they could fill it and the only option was to leave a message. I asked them if they could please fill it that afternoon, left my info and explained that my son had an ear infection. Someone called me back within 30 mins to confirm they could fill it and it would be ready in 15 mins, and she was very friendly. We were so thankful for efficient and kind service!”
