Had a flat tire because of a nail. Called them up, and they said bring it over, and they could fix the fire. Took it over, and they fixed it for free. If you need a repair, just take it there as everyone else had reasons or certain times they only could help. Thanks guy!

Sent wife for tire repair and oil change. Tire was purchased there and still under warranty, but they couldn't find or fix the slow leak. The oil change was $120. I'm not going back. Goodyear in Milton found and fixed the leak at no charge. I'm going back for a tune-up.

Miles from home called to see if they could repair a tire so we could make it back home safe !!! Guy said no way could he help me ,, he could care less that I needed help !!! I own a repair shop back home and I would never turn someone away like this !! Just bad business and bad customer service ,, I would not give this place a dime !!! Called Firestone and they said they were busy but would work us in as soon as they could !! So I would go there if I was you !!!

While packing up from our vacation, our car wouldn’t start. After a boost, we stopped at the Navarre Gooodyear not knowing what to expect, dreading an expensive alternator problem. We were thrilled when our tech quickly ruled that out and diagnosed it as a dead battery, which he changed quickly — getting us back on the road for a 10 hour drive back to Kentucky. Honest, exceptional service. And, while we waited Mike, the manager, helped us de-stress with his great sense of humor!

Making sure we note the decline in personnel at this location. It’s not the fact they have certain processes to follow, it’s how they talk to a 7 year customer. Maybe it’s time to reevaluate the staff, but for me, I’ll take my family’s business elsewhere.

I've been a customer here for the last 20 years for tires/alignments, but my last experience was horrible. First let me say Mike and Jose (?) are 2 of the nicest gentlemen and did everything possible to make things right after what happened. Brought my care in to have 4 new tires mounted & balanced and have it aligned. When it was done I paid and went to get in the car, but looked at the wheels before I drove off. Two of the rims were scratched/metal gouged really bad and there were two bulges on one of the tires. I went back in and told the other guy (not Jose or Mike) working the desk to come out and look. Needless to say, I was pissed and he agreed the job was crap. I said, I bet the alignment wasn't even done. He mentioned that to Jose, and he went check the alignment machine and was honest and said it was not done...but I had paid $100+ for it. Keeping a very long story short, they did replace the tire with the bulges in it the same day and did the alignment for no charge. Also, they did replace the two rims with OEM refurbished rims that looked brand new. Makes me wonder how many people are paying for things they are not getting, such as alignments, etc. Customer service from management is top notch, but make sure you double check everything they do if you can. I hate seeing people get ripped off, especially with the price of things these days. Unfortunately for them, they have lost my business for good, and I can no longer recommend them to anyone. Only gave three stars, since they made everything right after the fact. Again, just double check their work if you can before leaving their shop.

Very good service! I was in my way to Orlando from Texas and I my csr startedto have some issues, they fixed it very quickly and were very kind and professional the whole time. Highly recommended!!!
