I go to this store 3-5 time a week, mostly to load my green dot card and grocery. On two different occasions the assistant manager has told me to go to another store cause she to busy the first time. And second time she told me that dollar store and Walmart load these card too. I live 3 miles from store. Walmart is 13 Miles and dollar store is 5 miles from were I live. She very rude saying this in front of customers and employees. Other employees apologize for her and the way she spoke to me. I'm a loyal family Dollar customer. During Christmas spent a lot of money there.spend alot of money there period. I did speak to her Boss about the frist time. Said she would talk to her. I guess it didn't work. She did it again. So enter if you Dare!?! Hope she's in good mood that day.

If I could give this place a negative star I would bc they deserve it! I went shopping here with my daughter and was falsely accused by Barbara the manager of theft. I had picked out a candle set and later decided I didn't want it so i put it back. As I was in the check out paying for my items Barbara asked me where the item was so I told her. She was extremely rude to me so I asked the clerk when the person above Barbara would be in and then at that point Barbara accused me of theft. I then paid for my items and went back to my car waiting for police to arrive which they did and reviewed family dollar cameras, searched my vehicle and found me to be telling the truth. Instead of an apology Barbara decided then to have me no trespassed from their store. All I did was go shopping there. I don't understand how this woman is still working there and that family dollar allows such poor treatment of paying customers. I wouldn't recommend anybody shop here no matter how bad you think you need an item. It's not worth the trouble.

Clean, nice staff, decent variety of goods with some extras in this new store! Not biggest or best selection but I'm happy to have ease of grabbing some needs without having to go to a big store. And have some cute home 'decor'

He knows first time I've ever been in this family dollar, this location normally I choose the dollar general, especially since they're so close together and the Family Dollars the corporate store, it's much not sure they got fresh fruit so anyway but this is about family dollar. I don't really care for them, it's nothing against them it's no reason, it's just I prefer one to the other and so that's not a knock on them but then also, there was a lady I guess you was training the girl in there tonight, and if the older lady that was training her wouldn't have been standing right beside her I would have wished the girl good luck because that lady was just I don't know you know like don't put the tag there put it right here and put this right and it just kind of seemed like real demanding and it's not training you doing it out of fear LOL I feel sorry for little girl.

I stopped on my way to work to buy a gift bag for a co-worker. The bag I got didn't have a upc code so I went to the shelf to get a different one..the cashier followed and started having a conversation with another girl. I told them I was kinda in a hurry..the cashier literally told me"honey if you're in a hurry, you shouldn't come in here" good to know..next time I will go to Dollar General.?

Horrible experience! Smells bad! Stock is in the isles. Employees were snippy. Merchandise was over priced. I was hopeful that this out of the way location might be a good place to stop for stuff, but I don't plan to ever go there again.

I’m giving it this one star because I can’t give it zero. I’ve been a regular customer for going on 3 years now. I’m in there multiple times a week because I live so close. But after tonight I will not be back. I came in with my daughter to buy some cough drops and a few other things. The total added up to $9.55. I only had a $20 and 4 ones in my wallet so I used the $20. The new kid only gave me 45 cents back. After I tell him he owes me $10, he says he thought I paid with a $10. I told him I didn’t have a $10 that I paid with a $20. He goes in the back to grab the assistant manager and as they are walking back I hear her say, “So she’s saying she gave you a $20 but she only gave you a $10?” I was shocked that that was what the kid told her instead of saying that he made a mistake. She refused to give me $10 back because the receipt says I paid with a $10. But I didn’t. They refused to open the drawer to look to even see if there was a $20 in there. I heard another worker say that the $20 go in a separate slot. I told them if that’s the case and he thinks it was a ten, he would have put what he thought was a $10 where the $10s go and there will be a $20 where it’s not supposed to. A worker walked up and says, “I’ve been training him all day and there’s no $20s where they aren’t supposed to be.” I told him good, that this just happened and if that’s the case, it will be my $20 that’s there. They refused to look or count the drawer. Told me I would have to come back at 9 when they close and they can call me if the drawer is long. This is wrong and not correct. You have to see if you’ve overcharged a customer, you can’t just tell them to go home and maybe we will have your correct change when we close and you can drive all the way back up here then. I asked if they needed to keep my receipt and the assistant manager (Mrs. B) tells me she’ll keep it. I thought on the way home I should have kept it but I was upset and wasn’t thinking clearly after they refused to help me. I come home and my husband is upset and drives up there. The manager tells him that she tried to give me my money back. She told me she would give me $10 of her own money and she could take what was long in the drawer later after I refused to leave for some time. I didn’t want that, I wanted it done right and my own money back and for them to see that I did pay with what I said I paid with and that their worker could have corrected it instead of lying to keep himself out of trouble. I tell Mrs B to go ahead and give me my receipt and she tells me she tried to give it to me, that I didn’t want it and she didn’t have it. Just totally crazy and lying left and right. I got all their names and will be getting ahold of corporate to look at the cameras but to save YOU the trouble, don’t waste your time going in there with this new management (evening hours). They do not put customers first and lie to cover up their mistakes. There will be a dollar general down the road soon and that’s where I will be spending my money from now on. Such an easy fix they could have made but chose to make it incredibly hard on us. Mrs B even looked at my 11 year old daughter when I wasn’t looking and rolled her head around trying to show her that her mother was crazy. Unprofessional and down right messed up. Never again will I shop here.

The woman manager I think? Is very rude and I’ve heard this from a lot of people not just myself. Like one or two of the staff is nice and friendly but the others are just flat out rude with zero customer service.

Like the store, but they do not reinforce their sign posted requiring masks. Over half of the customers were not wearing masks.
