After a very good weekend of celebrations, my cell did not survive the shenanigans and had to be replaced quickly, especially since I'm taking trip out of country this week.After arriving at the local Verizon store after opening, Michael informed me that they did not have the Galaxy 23s in stock but he was expecting some delivered by 11am. Call came in at 11:30am and Shannon was quick, knowledgeable and patient as my phone was on life support and we had to trick it to transfer data sometimes. TOTAL process took approximately an hour or so. Other customers came in while Shannon worked with my transfer and they're questions were handled in a timely manner even if they couldn't personally help that customer with their needs.Being a small shop, I can see where they would get busy quickly. Patience and understanding goes a long way, especially when the outcome was as painless as today's visit.”
