We love shopping at CVS Navarre. All employees especially the Pharmacy are happy and so knowledgeable.
Our biggest concern is the outside. So much trash in the parking lot bushes. And it stinks.

We had a family member who needed unexpected prescription medications during our vacation. CVS in Navarre was convenient, and the pharmacy staff was very helpful and prompt with filling the RX.

HORRIBLE CHAIN! - How unprofessional that you are continually routed to the pharmacy and get nothing but a recording and no reply’s. The staff is not helpful either …. CVS has finally lost its touch!

This is the first time we have used CVS Navarre and it came at a time when we were in a bit of an emergency after dealing with an online pharmacy for two weeks trying to get prescriptions filled. Not only did the location pull through for us the pharmacists did it all with a smile on his face and even went the extra mile to make sure we were entered into their alert system properly. I say the extra mile because this day happened to also be an extra heavy day for them taking care of additional customers who had been displaced from Hurricane Milton. Thank you for the refreshing experience after a nightmare of a time with our former online pharmacy. This is our new pharmacy now

It's very frustrating to get a text that my medication will be autofilled, then just 3 days later, not only did they NOT fill it, but in fact they are completely out of stock of that medication which is medically necessary for me. This is an irresponsible practice for a pharmacy to follow as I believe they should better prioritize their stock

My son got an ear infection while we were in Navarre on vacation. Our doc called in his drops to the cvs. I called them to find out how quickly they could fill it and the only option was to leave a message. I asked them if they could please fill it that afternoon, left my info and explained that my son had an ear infection. Someone called me back within 30 mins to confirm they could fill it and it would be ready in 15 mins, and she was very friendly. We were so thankful for efficient and kind service!
