AMAZING service! From the initial phone call to the service! Melissa is very nice and gets you booked quickly and Joey was so nice! He's very thorough and was explaining things to me so I understood the issues and explained in a way that I actually really understood. My 2 year old Trane XR 14, had been giving me problems recently. The team from American Plumbing and Heating (Adam, Andrew, Joey, Melissa, Jen and ESPECIALY Brandon) we’re constantly on top of it, After a number of inspections , Brandon finally fixed the problem. He kept in touch with me through texting and phone calls and never left me out in the cold. Whenever I called the company, I received an immediate response, day and night. As a Platinum member - I am very pleased and impressed. Thank you very much Brandon and the team of American Plumbing and Heating for the wonderful service.

Quick and professional plumbing company! Even when we ran into a hiccup, they fixed it immediately, fixed my leak and updated my others sinks to prevent new leaks from starting. Tony and Michael were both great!

My water heater decided to go out and I called American Plumbing and within a day I had a new water heater put in by Tim Smith. He did a great job and very respectful.
