We had an outlet that wasn't providing power. It was about $100 for the first hour, and any amount of time after that would be a $400 charge. At about minute 55, we were told that he needed more time to analyze the problem. We recognized that it would be more money, but we needed the problem fixed. At about 1 hour and 10 minutes, he says that he can't find the problem. He refused to talk to my wife about the problem and would only talk to me (the husband). It turns out that our toddler daughter was pressing the reset button on the outlet. So we paid, nay, wasted $400 dollars because these "electricians" couldn't solve and easy problem and swindled us out of as much money as they could. These guys should be in jail.

I was thrilled when I got an answer after hours and a promise to be there the next day. He even called the next morning to let me know he was running late and would be by about lunch time. After lunch I still had not heard from him so I started calling with no answer. A simple call stating that they were not capable of or willing to do the job would have been all I needed. It was an emergency fix and waiting all day for him left me having to pay an additional $250 for another company to come out so late. I always try to use local small companies but guys like this make it hard.

Chris showed up first thing this morning and we immediately discussed what I wanted to do. He added 4 separate outlets (1x in the kitchen, 2 in the garage, and 1 outdoor). FANTASTIC work and cleaned up the wok area once finished. Not too many people do that these days. HIGHLY recommend Chris and Always On Time Electric!!Service: Electrical outlet & switch installation

Knowledgeable staff who are willing to work with you to give you exactly what you want. They installed an outdoor RV outlet for me and made the whole think look really streamline and professional. The technician was courtesy and respectful. Overall a great experience and I’d recommend them to others.

Very professional yet hometown feel.I needed electric ran around the back of my home and set up for my pool pump.Electric was buried and clean up done.I called to schedule for a floodight to be installed on my new pole they had just done, they got me taken care of right away. Excellent experience with Always on Time Electric! The electrician was prompt, professional, very thorough, and explained everything in troubleshooting a lightning damage problem. Highly recommend, I'll call again next time needed. Refreshingly great service.

WONDERFUL!!! I cannot say enough about Chris and Tristan (helped Chris install). Chris was a wealth of information when we needed 4 new can lights installed outside in front of our home, 2 new lights in the back, and 2 replacement motion lights. He was articulate and knowledgeable without being overbearing and boastful. Yet, he was confident in what he was suggesting and sharing. When they were finished, everything was clean and tidy, as if they had never been here.... except the fact we have 8 wonderful lights outside! I would gladly/strongly recommend them to any of our friends.
