These guys did a fantastic job. Tropicalstorm was coming they were able to reschedule my appt to work me in before the storm. My car is old and had many issues for a tire change. One tire blew, the female studs went into the wheel when my husband put the donut on. The caliper and everything is rusted. They fixed everything with ease, and a friendly attitude. Even showed up a bit early. I couldnt Find my donut after and they had replaced it in the carpeted holder up under the stuff that’s stored in the back of our junky car without complaint (or even mentioning the struggle)With 4 new tires our 2005 rusty car rides like new.

I called them. I had an appointment for several days out. They showed up early. I have a very large truck and it’s a dually. It was literally 34 minutes and they were done. I cannot recommend them enough. Very professional. Very fast. Overall, a phenomenal experience.

Great service. I’d ordered tires elsewhere. Tires on Location showed up within 45 minutes of my initial call, were very professional and prompt and handled everything including disposal of the old tires.

Vacationing in Key West and our rental got a huge screw in one tire. Calling around and Tires on Location was the most attentive and helpful. They were sure to send a text message with exact location details as well! We were in and out in under 10 minutes. Would highly recommend if you are in need of their services. P.S. the waiting was painless because of their adorable yorkies !

If I could give them 6 starts i would in a heartbeat, Tony and his team were incredibly fast, professional and fair. They replaced all 4 tires on my Tesla!!

On vacation with family in the keys and had a flat tire. I submitted an inquiry online and they replied via text immediately and were able to get me in first thing in the morning. Though the tech initially thought the nail was close enough to the wall they'd have to replace it, they attempted and were successful in applying a patch. The lady at the desk, the person on the phone, and the tech were all very friendly and knowledgeable. The cost was minimal- so I made sure to tip to show gratitude for their extended kindness, quickness, and professionalism. I'm hard to please and quite OCD, but this place knows it's stuff and comes highly recommended for any tire services.

The overall experience is good. The service they do is fine. No bigger complaints. But the tips extorting by employees is kind of rude. It is Key West!!. The most of customers leave a tip if they happy with your service. Don’t have to tell them, quotation: „ It is $x plus tip”.
