The team I worked with at Conch Scooters was fantastic! They had our bikes waiting for us at our rented condo when we arrived, so we were able to hop on and go to the grocery right away.The bikes came with baskets, lights, helmets, and locks. They were in good condition and the baskets were quite accommodating.Upon departure, we left them right where we found them, and we got a notification that they had been picked up.The team also booked a nice dinner cruise for us and made reservations and check-in super easy.SUPER convenient. SUPER helpful. SUPER price.

If you are reading this quit researching. Conch Scooters is solid, reputable and delivers. Delivers a quality product and a service you can depend. Scott provides delivery, pickup and A+ customer service. You DO NOT need to look further.

Great company that I would highly recommend. Scott is excellent to deal with. He will drop off bikes or scooters right to you. We have rented from him on several trips and he has been consistently solid. Just contact him beforehand to make reservations, particularly during high season. Renting bikes or scooters in key west is THE way to go and this company makes it easy peasy. Word.

Love them so much!! Third year in key west but first to use their business. I promise when we come back we will use again!!We came for Mile 0 Music Festival. They delivered and picked up. They go above and beyond. We actually even were stuck when our flight was canceled from KW and they helped guide us to get us in a car out of key west to Miami. Like Veronica said it's a small island and they take care of people. I have used other rentals here but I will always use them. Literally they kept in touch with us all the time!! Great people and caring service. 5 star service

Miss Veronica and Mr Scott provided amazing service. They dropped off the scooter at our hotel after their business hours to accommodate our lateness. They also picked up the scooter from the same hotel prior to us leaving.The scooter is very affordable. Operating the ride was easy and convenient.Over all good ride plus excellent customer service resulted in the best times of the trip. Support your local small businesses.
