For the last three nights the attendant at this location ALWAYS shut down at 9 pm. Horrible customer service, instead of addressing the customers he has waiting outside, he walks to the back and never comes back. I need corporate number, bad representation!

I’ve visited this location several times. I understand that it isn’t in a very desirable area, but I’m a professional and I conduct and present myself accordingly. Each time I’ve visited, I’ve experienced a level of suspicion by the staff that I am sort sort of delinquent or criminal. I was denied usage of the rest room with no explanation. I’ve been refused gas purchase due to the store being closed. The most recent incident occurred last night when I arrived at 9:50pm and the clerk stated that they were closed. According to the sign on the door, they close at 10pm. I prefer Shell gas because my car runs better on its 93 octane gas. I may have to switch to BP or Amoco which is closer to my house.

Purchased Rec90 for my boat at this Shell Gas station. Had to call tow because my brand new engine shut itself off due to water In the engine. I just installed a brand new gas tank and my fist fill was from this station. 100% happened here. 50% gas 50% water in my new tank which by the way I now have to empty!!! I should have known because the pump was getting serviced and said that pump was always broken. BE AWARE & STAY AWAY!!! I wish I could leave 0 stars!Second Review. I tried contacting this station and their phone number is disconnected. I submitted a claim and nothing. The message below is complete bogus!!! I passed by the station and it’s closed. Station is fenced up and bulldozers on-site. This station knew very well their gas tanks had issues with water intrusion. You will be hearing from my attorney.

I hope this comment helps so that no one else spent their money at this gas station, I went on to put gas and air on the tires and the air machine made me spend $4.50 and empty my tires instead of filling, when I went to the cashier he said that they are not responsible for that Machine. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE STOLE FROM ME!!!

Tried to charge me $4.18 for a half empty bag of chips, and when I cancelled the transaction, it still went through! Then the cashier, who speaks NO ENGLISH, had to call the manager on the phone, had me waiting an additional 10 minutes just to get gas, and she still couldn’t figure out how to refund my money. THEN, she attempted to cancel the whole transaction, had me to swipe my card AGAIN after literally swiping it 10 times, and double charged me! I finally got gas, go back into the station to get my receipt, and another patron (Cuban) walks in after me, goes straight to the counter, and waits... mind you, I was there before him... she knew we were both there to get our receipts and she gives him his first! I will never go back to that shell again. If you’re gonna move somewhere to work, at least learn the language so that you’re able to service not just your people, but all people! #OnlyInMiami ????

I never thought to read a review of a gas station, but omg this is so awful! My credit card information was stolen from this gas station and an unauthorized purchased was made?. DO NOT USE YOUR CARD AT THE PUMP!!! This gas station is sketchy AF!
