It seems every time i go here at night they are changing shifts around 9:30 pm. And the pumps are all off, so I have to go else where

For the last three nights the attendant at this location ALWAYS shut down at 9 pm. Horrible customer service, instead of addressing the customers he has waiting outside, he walks to the back and never comes back. I need corporate number, bad representation!
