It's 9:10 am and no one is here the store is closed. Gates pulled down on the door. What are the store hours posted online for. Ridiculous lines when it's open now we have to wait for someone to show up to work when they feel like it.

Today I went in to get a device swap since the last device was lost. The attendant looked at my phone and refused to do the swap indicating since it has a detachable back it won't work for metro. I confirmed with her that I checked the IMEI on the website and it indicated that I was able to connect it no problem. She stood her ground saying that it's a 3G phone, it'll indicate 4G on the phone but won't work on the network.Needless to say I went to the metro on 288, they were able to connect it with no problem and make calls.This is the second time I've come into the store for simple services and either be given a run around or a service I didn't ask for (was supposed to port my number but was given a whole new number instead). Save your time and stress by going to a different location.

I went in because my phone was black scream, i only ask can they see why phone want come on. This little manger i guess that's what she was with a bad attitude!!! Say we don't fix phones, i didn't ask you too i just need you to tell me i don't need to buy 1. She start going word from word with me. But everytime i pay my bill she get paid. I say the other manger help me, she say that's why she not here, i say i hope you be here long with your attitude. Lord I thank you because i really suppose to gave it to her RAW, but god kept me. Ty Lord.

Super unhelpful went to get fix a problem and they said I have to call the 611 number only for the 611 number people to say I have to go to a store and ask for a manager. I'd avoid this T-Mobile location.

05/16/19- Paid my phone on the 5th, by this week, slooowww, sloooowww ! I have a freaking unlimited data plan !!Authentication fail #9. Official. My phone was blocked with this message.Nothing they can do about it. My 4G LG phone, they said, was"outdated". I had to buy a new ph. They had one in display for$69.00. The woman wanted me to pay$115.00 to cover activation charges. No thanks! Went to another Metro. Metro: STOP SLOWING DOWN YOUR CUSTOMERS PHONES.

This is hands down the best phone service store I have ever been to!! The manager Von was awesome is busted a mission just to get me the phone that I wanted. Then Nesi and Jose were great in assisting me and everyone else inside the store also. They were all super kind and funny! Definitely a great experience and they had tons of patience! I'm leaving extremely happy and with everything I wanted.

I went in to add another line to my phone and bought a LG Artisto. The phone was priced at $49. I was "offered" a "deal" to get the phone, glass protector, case (a cheap one) for $154. I didn't question it because I never did this before and I thought these fees were taxes, activation, first month bill plus the items (case and screen protector). However, I went to another private metro authorized dealer the next day to purchase another phone (Samsung $49) and add to my plan as well. I expected to pay the same amount $154. As the store manager was pulling up my account he was talking to me and letting me know since this is the 1st phone being added to my plan, the phone will actually be priced at half off ($25). As he pulled up my account he saw that I purchased a phone yesterday. So I explained to him that I was charged $154 and told him everything I bought. He informed me that they overcharged me and told me I shouldn't have paid more than $100 for everything. The other associate actually gave me the exact amount I should have paid (I can't remember but I believe it was $89 or $90). I was livid. I do not know what to do besides write this review and try to get in contact with someone who is in some type of management. Don't buy here, they will rip you off! I should have known when the associates were standing looking crazy and then begin to speak spanish once she gave me the price. I hope this isn't happening on a regular. Beware of this place.
