BOUGHT A ITEM AND IT STATES ON MULTIPLE SIGNS IN STORE “RETURN OR EXCHANGE UNOPENED ITEMS” ASSISTANT MANAGER IS REFUSING TO RETURN ITEM. ASSISTANT MANAGER IS STATING I OPENED PRODUCT BECAUSE THE WAY A STICKER LOOKS, THIS MANAGER WAS NOT THERE WHEN I PURCHASED ITEM TO SEE THE CONDITION OF THE STICKER.... POOR SERVICE

Today is my second and last time coming to this place. My god all you hear during your whole shopping trip is the employees complaining about how much they hate their job and how much they have to do for little pay. It's literally RIDICULOUS. Mind you they are Spanish speaking only (I'm Cuban and have a lot of family that only speaks Spanish) the way I see it is be thankful you have a job. If you think you deserve better find another job and stop complaining. The employees are no help my 2 times being their other customers saw how frustrated I was and they said that's how the employees here are. My first time I asked one of the ladies (The LOUDEST one with black hair)A question about a price she literally said "I'm stocking and cannot stop for anybody". The second time I asked another girl if she knew where an item was as I found one out of place but damaged and she said "Keep looking you'll find it" when I went to pay the 2nd time both same girls were at the register saying how they don't get paid enough to be dealing with customers complaining I said maybe your in the wrong field and she said no "It's the annoying customers that don't know anything" umm lady you shouldn't be in retail.

Unethical business practices by store employees which customer service representatives and corporate executives supports . Manager Jaclyn refuses to honor posted price for items that rings up at register at a different price. Jaclyn and her team has fail to update posted prices on many items in store. Reaching out to customer is useless, representatives have failed to return my calls or follow up on the grievance that I submitted. Family DOLLAR does not recognize or have respect for their customers!

Very Bad store, I found this store to be very poorly kept, do not bother to try to communicate with customers who speak English only does not represent the Family Dollar franchise very well and more than likely I will be telling my friends that they are not welcome there if they don't speak Spanish.

Its a good store most of the stuff is a dollar but i went to the store on February-2-2019 and bought something and the lady did not put the candy that i bought in the bag and said she put it in the bag and wont give me a refund
