This review isn't about a location, but about the company in general. They recently acquired coppertan in west palm beach, and even though they are honoring existing memberships till they expire, they are requiring customers to pay xtra $$ for their level 5 beds & booths, even though those bed & booths are included in the memberships that they are honoring. Corporate says their bringing in all new level 5 booths, but until that happens, existing customers from coppertan will have to dish out xtra $$$ to use certain equipment. Not exactly sure why zoomtan can't just let long standing coppertan customers use the equipment they've been using @ no xtra charge until zoomtan installs their own equipment. It's my belief that they will lose alot of coppertan customers due to this issue.

If you have a problem with your account with ZOOM TAN it is impossible to get satisfaction. First you have to contact customer service then they tell you you must "e-mail customer- care" to inform them of the problem at Zoom Tan. There is NO one to speak in order to resolve the issue. Your e-mails are basically ignored - customer service/ customer care is joke. BEWARE!

It seems comical to say I love this particular zoom tan, considering they offer the same thing... But the employees here are outstanding. Excellent customer, service, and efficiency. As a man, it's somewhat awkward for me to go to these establishments, but they make you feel like home whether you are a first time, pale and pasty, or a tan and tasty. These young ladies are fantastic. Piper Boulevard.

Have been a member since they opened. Always friendly staff and I've always had an amazing experience. Super clean facility get in and out quickly so I can be tan fast.

Wow! AJ the receptionist, greeted me with a warm smile. She went on to educate me about the stand up tanning beds along with how the process worked. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The lobby was slightly busy, but she managed to greet everyone and help in any way that she could. Scott, the owner, helped set me up for Zoom Fit. The equipment is unlike anything I have ever seen and I absolutely love it. Excellent service, clean environment, and close to work. I love this place!

Love the flexibility of scheduling, great machines for any level of fitness. Recently discovered that infra red sauna is included and free to all members. Great facility - always clean, super friendly staff, highly recommend to all my friends.

I've loved working out at Zoom Fit since the day I started. Its layout and unique machinery allow for quick and complete work outs. Not only that, but the gym is clean and welcoming. I'll continue to be a fan!

I like zoom tan, I like the whole concept of zoom fit but honestly… it’s extremely irritating to be paying for a membership I can’t even use for another 2 weeks because I was never notified by phone or email that there was an onboarding appointment that has to be made, if it has to be made that far in advance maybe they should be proactive in calling people who sign up online to set up the appointment… I would understand if it was only a few days but most gyms don’t take actual payments until you can use the actual gym… and then having to pay 29 dollars for the appointment… it’s just extremely frustrating to waste money and not even be able to use what I signed up for, I hope they take this into consideration for future customers.

I love the ability to come at my convenience.With the pandemic and being a nurse, it's been hard to come to zoomfit consistently but when I come to work out, I love it, and it's always clean!

I have been a zoom tan member at this location for 10 years. I love going to zoom tan for the versa spa spray tan. The staff is always very friendly at both locations. Sometimes I also go to the location near Coastland mall. They know me by name and even when they are busy they always make a point to say hello. I read some of these other reviews. I would like to say that if you're new to zoom tan this location went through a big remodel. They added Zoom Fit and upgraded the lobby and tanning booths. So Im sure during that time some people had to wait a extra 5 or 10 minutes. I also want to mention that when you sign up they don't use high pressure sales techniques. They explain the membership and prices and then let you decide. Zoom tan also has a self check in kiosk that makes it easy to sign in. Especially if the staff is busy answering questions or cleaning a booth. My only complaint is the parking lot. It's super small and cars speed through it. On many occasions I've almost been hit by cars not yielding to me backing out. I know zoom tan has no control over this. But the plaza needs to consider speed bumps. Anyways I hope this review is helpful when your looking for a place to get tan.

They do not post their hours on their glass front and their website says they are open but when you drive there they are closed.

Having Several programs that I can change to and having smart machines remember the weight I used on my last workout helps me achieve my fitness goals. Having 24 access to the gym allows me to schedule my workouts whenever I want. The equipment is also flexible enough that if I decided that I didn’t want to do circuit training I could set up a program for myself, for example chest back and shoulders on one day and arms and legs on another. Elliptical allows me to do my cardio in about 15 minutes instead of going for an hour and a half 5 mile walk every day.
