Worst customer service ever! They are overpriced scammers in my humble opinion - unfortunately the only ISP provider in my area unless using satellite service which is too slow. I will be reporting to FTC etc in all my spare time! Their biz practices are truly epically unfair in my humble opinion.

3 hrs of troubleshooting , talking to machines and still going around in circles with no resolution - $185 / month with ZERO customer service - . Guess I will have to visit that place again with the 2-3 hr wait time . ? I really wanted to give the zero star….

Roberto was very honest about what I should do regarding my phone. He never once convinced me to buy a new phone, but rather gave practical advice on how to maintain my current one. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend him.

Had to return some equipment that I didn't want. Very good customer service. And walked out with the equipment that I had originally wanted. Something's are better handled in person.

I haven't even become a full customer and I already can't get help. The line dropped twice no one called me back. The only time that person called back after the line dropped was when I was actually giving the money to order the equipment. After I needed help to set it up no help at all, everyone just hangs up after waiting for an hour. This was a huge mistake

Roberto was the absolute best. We made an appointment with him earlier in the week, excellent communication right thru the appointment & he got us in and out on Saturday (10/21/23) afternoon with a new phone, accessories and two phones switched to Xfinity service. He made the process easy for us and the price point was just right. We are so appreciative of his knowledge and ability to work with our needs as well as making sure we got our discounts. Will be back. 10/10 do recommend to a friend. Also, love the bag — been fighting over it since Saturday. ❤️

I would give them 0 stars .Just be aware if you want to cancel the service with this people.They dragged you over verbal $## to not cancel and if you decided to stay with a better rate? Be careful because they place you in a contract without your consent.I hope this unfair business disappear one day.

I would give this place a negative review if I could, not even worthy of a 1 star. Managers, a douche bag who needs an attitude adjustment does not know how to talk to customers. The wait time is horrendous. Numbnuts placed the wrong order for my iPhone 15 - when I come to return it theirs nothing they can do because it was outside the return window. I'm sorry it was YOUR employee that placed the wrong order??? Call the 800 number- great! What a joke.

The people there will talk you into signing into all the different plans: cable, wifi, mobile phones and they promise all theses great deals. Please, don't rush into signing anything. Once you sign, it is impossible to change or cancel anything. They will keep charging you for services you don't get and if they say you will be credited for it.... You won't ! Because they don't handle the billing and it is a nightmare to get your money back.
