I used their texting option to ask about returns or an exchange. I got an immediate response and several follow up messages to get me taken care of. “It’s like the #BeaconsCloset of Florida ! Has 3 rooms and jewelry organized by material and color. Price for a H&M dress was about $8 if that gives you an idea on price. Most jewelry is $14-$22. There is a whole rack of #Designer dresses such as #DVF and #ScotchAndSoda . Jacqueline was super kind, friendly and helpful !”

“This is definitely the MOST friendly Hot Topic in the South Florida region! I mean, they are just the most helpful and considerate when it comes to aiding customers in their challenges and questions. The selection is here is the usual Hot Topic (though perhaps a bit smaller than I would like) but that is okay! I’ve purchased many “drip” like band shirts here and it’s always a great time! I definitely would recommend this Hot Topic!”

“TAKE A BREAK AND GO SHOPPING! Beautiful boutique. Perfect for ages 17 and up. Came in here today just looking around. I was a little overwhelmed yesterday after trying on dresses for the wedding, so trying items on was not in my addenda for today. The store is bursting with color, meaning the colors of spring and summer on the clothing and the sales associates who work here. They are bubbly and very sweet. They are not like many other sales associates around who will stalk you around the store and show you all the colors of that one top you picked up. No none of that here. I really liked my time in this store. I was much more curious about their clothing and the other items sold here than I was in taking pictures of the store. But their website has lots to offer. When life isn't as stressful as it has been lately and I actually have some time with my mom I think I might bring her here. I think she will love the clothing in here. There are all sorts of fun patterns and designs that would look great on her and myself too.”

“My husband and I entered Petunias about an hour and a half before closing on a busy Saturday afternoon. We were warmly greeted by the owner. She said to ask for help if I wanted, but didn’t hover. I browsed through the amazing stuff she has in her store and bought the dress by Michael Tyler I had seen on her website. She usually waits a day or two before bringing out brand new items but she thought it suited me and took the time to retrieve it from her storage area. I also bought a beautiful, very colorful blouse by Sno Skins.If you want a great shopping experience and sensibly priced wardrobe additions, visit this store. It is located inside of a Naples 5th Avenue mall but worth the effort to find it.
