We bought two 2 light bathroom fixtures and 5 expensive fans from them. Recently one fixture's G9 socket went bad and they offered to try and fix it. 2 weeks later after not hearing from them I was told it could not be fixed. $8 later I got a fixture from Amazon in 5 days and fixed it myself in under 5 min. They seem to be short staffed and we had to wait 45 min to pick up the broken fixture. We had hoped for better service.

Excellent visit. Quick service. Our sales lady, Faith, was knowledgeable and friendly and aimed to pleased. This is our second purchase for a fan. Highly recommend for their expertise. Beautiful lights & decor.

Extremely poor customer service - in particular scheduling! We ordered 6 fans in early September 2021. They called us in Early October and told us all 6 fans were in and we needed to pay the outstanding balance so we did. We took down our existing fans for the install and donated them. On the date of install, they arrived with only 3 of the 6 fans and the installers told us the other 3 fans were on back order? We called the scheduler and explained that we had given away our fans and could they please make us a priority. Today the install of our remaining fans was scheduled between 1-4pm and we rearranged our appointments to make sure we were home. At 3 o'clock they called to tell us that someone had called in sick THIS MORNING and so they would not be installing our fans today. Not sure why we were not told that there was a potential issue this morning!!! We were told they might be able to schedule in the next 10 days and they were not willing to make us a priority! Go else where!

They do not follow up. They say one thing and do another. Do not pay and leave the store until you look at your items yourself. They will tell you they inspect before packing them, but don't trust that to be a fact. Look for yourself, make sure nothing broken and parts aren't missing because once you pay and leave, then your stuck with the item, returns and exchanges may not be honored, even if they tell you otherwise. Also do not pay and leave your items there for pick up at a later date, paid for items that are allegedly in stock might go missing and you'll need to wait for them to order you another ... they have no problem selling it to another customer if you've already paid. They want the next sale and will sell your prepaid fixture.

Amazing Customer Service. Our fan was originally delivered without the correct down rod and the Scheduling, Delivery, and Installation team went way out of their way to get us the correct down rod and have it installed the same day. We would highly recommend working with this company.
