I'm leaving out a star for the price of what you get.... i will says its verrry small , but really good for kids age 2 under. Would not recommend a kid over 3 there ... you'd be better off at the galisano museum for an older kid... the only way I would go is by donating a kitchen toy on Wednesday and you go for free... otherwise simply not worth the price. Staff was nice , place was clean.

The kids had a blast! The owner/operator Rachel was absolutely wonderful to the kids. She took care of every child’s need with special care and attention. I will look no where else except the Whiz Kids for my kids special celebrations.Way to go Whiz Kids!!!!!!!

BE AWARE of WhizKids.They offered me promotion of 50% off first month and if I don’t want to be charged in future, I should go and cancel few days before the date I signed up. I DID! I went there and I told lady in the front that I want to cancel and I asked her after telling me that I am all set, is she sure and if there is anything else I should do about cancellation, she said NO, so I understood as my cancellation was successful.Come to know that I been charged for 4 months after I was told that my cancellation was all set.I called to complain and request my money back based on that I haven’t used any service for these 4 months I been charged and based on that I cancelled, the lady told me I should’t have email them that I want to cancel.So my question was how she was able to cancel this time when i called to complain(and I didn’t write any email as she said that is must for cancelation) and she didn’t cancel few months ago when I went there in person at the WhizKids to cancel!Also, she didn’t remind me or told me anything about having to write any email or doing anything else about cancelation, after I asked, she just said that I AM ALL SET!*******i am editing this review now because the owner said she doesn’t have the record Of me coming which is ridiculous and so unfair. I was there in January, I brought my kid to play and at the same time I went to the desk to cancel it because I was leaving to Europe for few months and the lady told me I am all set. Also, today when I complained about my charges lady I was talking to you was sarcastic, ironic and answering me with OkiDoki, which is so unprofessional. And I don’t need your free month of play, when you charged me 4 months already without my knowledge, your employee made me believe that my membership isCanceled by telling me I am all set. And also, if she canceled today my membership by talking over to phone or yesterday when I was talking to her in person at WhizKids, why she couldn’t do the same in January when I went to the desk to cancel? What is the difference if an email is must for cancelation? The point is that I told them in January and they didn’t want to cancel it so they can take me money from my account. Period!!

This place is AWESOME! First the staff Erin and Alexis is very friendly and very professional. My son loves coming here he is 4 years old and his favorite thing of course the bounce house! Everything is very clean too so you don’t have to worry about anything. They have snacks and drinks for the kids which are at a great price if your forget yours. We took my son here first during the day for a camp and then they were hosting a Parents Night Out. We took him to that. He had the time of his life apparently! They did everything from Arts and Crafts to Watching a Movie, Dodgeball with the karate instructor, pizza time. If you have a chance to take your kids please do it’s worth it! And it’s also a family owned business the owners are amazing great people. We have been coming here for a year now and will continue to keep doing so. Thanks Whiz Kids!! You Guys Rock!

My child plays here multiple times a week. I LOVE the open floor plan so that I can see my child no matter where they are in the play room and that’s a huge plus for me as it allows for more independent play with me watching from a distance. They require grippy socks for the children’s safety and if you happen to forget/don’t have any, they’re available for a small price. The staff are very friendly and greet you with a smile when you walk in. The place is clean and inviting. Lots of different play options for a wide variety of ages. They have snacks and drinks available for purchase.Overall this is one of the best places in Naples to bring your kid to burn off some energy/have fun.

It is such a pleasure coming here! Every time I walk in the front door with my four-year-old, we are greeted so warmly. The staff is small and family-oriented and they really care about their visitors.Equipment and toys are constantly being rearranged and updated. There is a real focus on the children who play here, and my daughter has so much fun!It’s a big deal having a safe, cost-effective, air-conditioned place to bring our kiddos, especially these days. Whiz Kids checks all the boxes for us, including best party spot. Our event was well-managed, organized, and exactly as expected.Can’t wait to come play again! Thank you for your hard work, creativity, and dedication!

I was called a liar at this location today. I came in with my kids, nieces and nephew total of six kids. When I was doing the transaction at the register they all ran into the play mat the front lady asked me about the socks I said, yes, they have socks. About an hour later, she came to me saying that my kids do not have grippy socks that I should purchase. I said “I am so sorry; I didn’t realize that and you guys are closing soon, is it OK if you slide us for today? next time we will definitely make sure that they have those grippy socks.She then said with an attitude “ OK well I’ll let you for this time but next time, DO NOT LIE at the register” ????it was shocking and very humiliating. I did not have the intention to lie; I just couldn’t check their feet since they all ran to play. All I knew they had socks.Other kids there also didn’t have grippy socks but she said she warned the mother; I wonder if she also called her a liar!Before I walked out, I told her that it was very offensive of her calling me a liar. She apologized, but it was not sincere at all, because she kept giving excuses about kids falling or slipping. Now, warning is one thing accusing a customer of lying is another thing. I have been coming to this place more than two years and spend between $80-$100 every visit. I personally know the owner Jason (if he still owns it) he was our former customer at Subway on 5th.Working in a kids’ place, she should have more patience, kindness and understanding instead she is very Rude and acts like Ms. Know it all..Whatever the situation is this isn’t the way to handle things. Accusing a customer of Lying. Not professional!Obviously she doesn’t want our business. My sister in law will finish the package she bought and we’ll assure you that we won’t be back and if you care Whizkids lost between mine and friends’ kids more than 10 kids and my referrals… I still can’t get it out of my head very humiliating ????

Yesterday we celebrated my daughter’s 3rd birthday! Everything was beautiful. I was so surprised by the new floor, so comfy and great for the little ones. The kids had a blast! My daughter was so happy when she saw the beautiful Mickey and Minnie decoration. For us, parents, is very convenient, they provide everything we need. For me, the best thing about this place it is because it’s only my guests there, we are not sharing the space with any other people. So no strangers around the kids. We had the opportunity to celebrate my son’s 3rd and 4th bday 6-7 years ago, that is why I didn’t have doubt that Whiz kids is the place to do the same for my daughter. For sure we will be back there next year for her 4th bday. Thank you Whiz Kids for everything! I highly recommend this place!
