During our recent remodel, we had to take down a chandelier that we had purchased from West Home Collection about three years ago. When we went to put it back up, we were missing the two finishing screws that hold the chandelier up. I called West Home about it and they told me they no longer carry the chandelier, but would try to find something For us. Well, a Few weeks later hey called and said they found screws that would work. West Home truly went above and beyond! Today, it is rare that a store provides that kind of service!

So many beautiful things to look at for home decor in a variety of styles! We loved that we could return within 24 hours if it did not work in our home. It was super easy to return one of our pieces. The others were perfect!

I found the employees to be helpful and quite a variety of unique items. I was looking for different pieces to put around my home as show pieces and was pleasantly surprised by finding several items.

Definitely the BEST source in SW Florida for unusual, yet refined furnishings, rugs and accessories. The owners, Tiffany & Edgar West are the consummate retailers. They are present and truly interested in their customers' satisfaction. I've purchased several pieces from them, including a breakfront, dining room table, several decorative table-top pieces, hand-blown art pieces, and most recently, a beautiful silk orchid and vase. Each member of the staff has been with the Wests for more than ten years and have such price in what they do and in the store. It's so nice to walk into West Home Collection and see their friendly faces and to hear their genuine inquiries, "Where have you been? We've missed you." When shopping for your home or for a hostess gift, there is no better place than West Home Collection! Thank you, Marla

Less furniture this year more knick-knacks. Beautiful things but a bit expensive. Good if you are looking for that special bowl or vase etc. Worth it the stop but inventory doesn't change much.

Great store! Be ready for sticker shock as it is pricey but they have an amazing collection of home goods of top quality. Take it home, try it out and return in a few days and they won't even run your card. Excellent, top quality, one of a kind items. Love everything I have purchased. Great sales people that are very helpful and not at all pushy. One of my favorite places to shop. Even my husband likes shopping here.

I was doing my sister-in-law a favour by returning a couple of items which she had purchased because it did not work with her decor. My sister-in-law said that she was told that if she brought the items back within 7 days that she would receive a refund to her credit card. I entered the store and approached the cash out area and said to the lady that I'm returning the items for a refund. To which the woman said, the card has already been charged and she will issue a store credit. I said, did my sister-in-law call the store and speak with anyone. The woman was rather abrupt and rude and said that my sister-in-law could call all she wanted, nothing was going to change. This is the worst customer service that I've experienced and I can guarantee that I will never shop at West Home Collection. What I really want to say, I will not write here since it consists of many 4-letter words starting with "f" and "a" and ending with ""k" and "e". I strongly suggest that you take some etiquette lessons. Je rendais service à ma belle-sœur en retournant quelques articles qu'elle avait achetés parce que cela ne fonctionnait pas avec son décor. Ma belle-sœur a dit qu'on lui avait dit que si elle ramenait les articles dans les 7 jours, elle recevrait un remboursement sur sa carte de crédit. Je suis entré dans le magasin et je me suis approché de la zone d'encaissement et j'ai dit à la dame que je retournais les articles pour un Ce à quoi la femme a dit, la carte a déjà été débitée et elle émettra un crédit d'achat. J'ai dit, ma belle-sœur a-t-elle appelé le magasin et parlé à quelqu'un ? La femme était plutôt abrupte et impolie et a dit que ma belle-sœur pouvait appeler tout ce qu'elle voulait, rien n'allait changer. C'est le pire service à la clientèle que j'ai connu et je peux vous garantir que je n'achèterai jamais chez West Home Collection. Ce que je veux vraiment dire, je n'écrirai pas ici car il se compose de nombreux mots de 4 lettres commençant par "f" et "a" et se terminant par "k" et "e". Je vous suggère fortement de prendre quelques leçons d'étiquette.
