Staff is poorly trained. I was told I need to bring in a copy of a document that is public record to do a name change. Yet, I had two updated state photo IDs with me. It makes no sense to bring a print out when the document can be viewed on the clerk's site. Prior to this occasion staff had told me to return at another time because no one present could update my name. Its difficult to trust a bank that cannot perform a simple name change.

Wow! I been to most of the Wells Fargo's in Naples and one is probably the Best in all of Naples! Last week I stopped in to cash a check & this one afternoon the bank was very crowded & busy. First I was greeted with a friendly "hello" when I came into the bank. Then when I got to a teller she apologized for the wait.The service manager Darla Zenuni was supervising at the time behind the glass. I watched as I seen her handle three issues or problems going on with the staff (tellers)at the same time. Darla is a real professional & took care of each issue one at a time.... all with a smile on her face. The Staff at this Wells Fargo location is Super friendly and Darla is Amazing!

I was greeted very warmly by 2 employees. I was able to be seen even though I did not have an appointment. Leo Suarez was kind, efficient and knew what the issue was right away. Kudos to this staff! Thanks so much.I also want to commend them in their efforts to keep their customers safe. They have all the CDC guidelines in place.

Slower drive thru ever. Use to be a nice lady there and everything was moving super fine and always fast. Now they have a new guy and he’s super slow. Sorry buddy but for some people time it’s money. Please give him some help and more training. Help him and help your customers.

Alexis Perez at this branch . She took the time to listen and understand the situation so she could help and has been nothing short of excellent ! After yesterday’s horrible experience at another branch. She has restored some faith back in Wells Fargo.
