2 bankers behind the counter, 1 of them was with a customer, I walk up to the other one and she says she can't help me, I thought, that's fine I'll just wait. Well the person in front of me was taking a while and someone else walks in and get in line behind me. The banker that initially turned me away, asked the other person if they needed Anything and started helping them. She just had to go to her computer in the back. Really ridiculous I had to sit and wait for someone else to finish when all she had to do was go to her computer in the back.

Not our regular branch. Found ourselves out of town and needing to write a check. We have 7 figures worth of relationships with WF and they charge $3 for temporary checks. What a joke. Hate the nickel and diming.

I needed to close a savings account and was told I needed to see a banker in order to do that. The time was 2:20 p.m. the banker had an appointment for 3 p.m. and refused to help me. I was told to make an appointment and come back. I went to a different branch who shared with me an easier way of closing my account even though their bankers were busy. It took less than 5 minutes to close the account. I have been a client of this bank for a long time and have never been dismissed in such a manner before.

ATM is out of order last 4 of 5 times I came to get money out on the weekends. Have to go to chase next door and pay the fees. Billion dollar bank and can’t put some money into their ATM.

A horrible service, non caring bank! Only cares about fat-cat large businesses. You’re much better off banking with a small local bank where the owners are Naples residents. That’s what I’m about to do!

I love all wells fargo banks. This one is great too. I needed to make a deposit of change that I had rolled up. Because of the social distancing there aren't many people allowed inside the bank itself. A lady came outside to ask what I needed to do so I explained and she said I could drive up to the window and do it that way. I drove up and was able to make my deposits through a system. There was a small bucket like thing and a person on the other side. I simply told her what I needed to get done and we were able to do it "social distancing" style. I put my debit card and my id and the money I needed to put into my account into an envelop. Put it into the bucket system and the woman on the other side made the deposit for me. Very easy and the customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend this bank and for my viewers to try this system. It is superb! It is very easy!

Mrs. Ameen and Ms.Spence are extremely rude and unknowledgeable. Stay away !! With the way these “bankers” act. If they were my local bankers. I would have left Wells a long time ago. Use a banker that’s on your side , and these folks are not !
