They really go out of their way to make sure they don’t have to talk to anyone. Having branch phone numbers serves no purpose other than to frustrate the customers.

They don't answer phones or reply to request from their own 800 number. Had tried several times to communicate with no luck! If they avoid their own corporate office calls you know what that says about their passion for the consumer!

These people really need to paint the parking lot. It makes it impossible to park, cars park to close to you or take up two Parking spaces since there are no lines.

Unbelievable slow. Tellers seem brain dead. Having lengthy conversations AFTER transactions are done with long lines. Horrible customer service. As an Oriental I was offended that there were no black white or Asian employees All Latin. Seems like discrimination Bank elsewhere
