Rude and extremely unhelpful. I've banked with wells fargo for a few years now and I've never had an issue with any other branches. Avoid this place at all costs.

First I want to say this is the worst bank in Naples worst attitude and worst customer service I highly would recommend for this branch to close permanently . Worst tellers worst managers I have ever encounter . Looking forward to an update that you guys are close permanently . Worst of luck .

Went in to make a withdraw, and was very impressed by how friendly the staff was. Every person made a point to smile and say hi. Service was very prompt as well, and I was in and out within a matter of minutes.
