“I am visiting from out of town when the chain I wear around my neck broke. It is of great sentimental value to me and I wanted to have it fixed before I returned home. Beckner's did a high quality repair for a very reasonable price, re-securing both ends of the chain to prevent my losing it in the future. Although the repair was completed quickly I couldn't retrieve it before hurricane Ian hit. The owner, Alan Buckner, left a phone message on Friday to let me know they would reopen on Monday, then called me again over the weekend to be sure that I had received his message! When I went to pick it up on Monday, Alan was very gracious and friendly. I'm very happy with the repair and the great customer service and strongly recommend that you support this local Naples jeweler!!”

I live in Miami Beach and my daughter Tainá lives in Naples and unfortunately I couldn’t go to enjoy her birthday together. I called to Swarovski in Naples as soon as the store opened and Israel provided to me everything I needed to help me to do my daughter an special day with a beautiful gift. He called to her to pick up my gift, and contacted me since I bought the rings until to the end that i surprised my daughter with that gift. He was wonderful, the best customer service EVER!!
