Extremely friendly staff - Noah was a great help to get me what I needed to reenter the hobby again. The store was well stocked and the other players were friendly as well. Worth the trip and cool to see the hobby still growing and expanding! For the Emperor!

Great store, friendly staff. Helped me get the product I was looking for. Only gripe is that it’s a bit small if you’re shopping while people are playing at the tables, but for such a niche retailer it’s really not a problem.

I've been to the shop a few times. The manager Noah goes out of his way to make you feel welcomed. And is very generous with his time and knowledge in the hobby, craft, games, and lore. A+++!!!!!

Lemme tell you something, Richard is a literal real life dungeons and dragons merchant goblin who is funny, charismatic and is chaotic in a fun way. Very outgoing and great to talk too and do business with, got into warhammer underworlds when covid hit and Rich made it easy to come over from Fort myers to naples to pick up stuff and help us enjoy the game and other games too, would recommend goblin merchant to others who are interested in getting into warhammer 11/10.

Had to travel an hour to get there to learn it was closed for "training" even with dealing with their weird store hours. Also it is hard to train when on your phone in the back of the store where customers outside can see you with the door locked and lights on.

We drive 25 min to store to see close door. No massage or anything in door. 4:30 pm and your sign say you open until 7. Terrible you not need to work if you doing this all the time …
