They were following me around the store and also this girl with highlights was following my cousin to the bathroom she was outside and the manager I think he following my little sister she was just grabbing a toy that’s what she told me and me and my cousin were going to the makeup I’ll the man and the woman were hiding and they were peeking to see what we were doing we felt uncomfortable and also when we were checking out they were talking about us and looking at us I think they treat us bad, because we’re Hispanic.

This walmart SUX! I had a return from a supercenter and they actually said "we can't take things we don't sell and look around, we only sell food here" This was stated by a cashier, a supervisor AND the store (non) manager. I know this is not true because I have returned things from a superstore to a neighborhood market before with no issue. I called customer service while in the store, and she never heard of that so called rule either. Complaint filed with corporate - have fun with that! Maybe your store needs some training on procedures and it definitely needs customer service training!!

Well stocked, wide variety of products, fresh produce looked good. Store clean, could of had another manned register or two open but lots of self checkout isles available

I am sick of the rude bad behavior of the employees of this store. Today 2/29/24 between 10:48pm and 10:55 as I was walking into the store a black young male told me so rude that I was so late to get inside and nearly tried to stop me, I ignored him and walked inside, All I wanted was some cotton swabs and toothbrush. The store closes at 11 pm how dare him to act so rude.

Just so you know - their Great Value brand milk they sell at this store is the same as the Borden brand milk they sell. The price of the Great Value brand is much cheaper.

Went in to grab some things before heading to work and the hispanic gentleman standing by the self check out registers, follows me around as if i walked in ready to steal. It’s understandable but he didn’t acknowledge me or greeted me walking in. Just started acting as if he’s a shopper and following me around back to the register to see if i’ll pay. practically harassing me as if i’m a thief just based off my appearance. I will be coming back regularly to greet my discriminating buddy.

Tuesday evening came to Neighborhood Market Walmart, 6 employees including the manager, telling stories and joking under the clock, while customers striving auto checking their stuff. I would prefer to do it, but hopefully was an open line, that immediately was closed after me. It would be better to see all those employees cleaning, organizing and picking up misplaced stuff, instead of seeing them as in a party. No way Walmart, you make us to autocheck while your employees are on vacation under the clock??? That is insane. It is just a huge lack of respect to the consumers. Alexander Aguirre
