Wow. Don't no where to start with this one. Have been trying to pick up my prescription for days, but everywhere has been out of my medication. This Walgreens was the fourth I called and they had the medication available. I'm thinking, sweet, great, and I have my doctor send it over, which is a process in itself.I then gave them a call again and wanted to double-check whether I was going to be able to get a full refill or a partial refill because of the shortage of this medication. The man on the phone then proceeds to look at the quantity prescribed (don't know why he didn't do that the first time I called) and starts arguing with me.I told him I'm not sure why she wrote it for the quantity she did but I'm going to assume it's because there's a shortage of the medication so she's trying to make sure I have enough until I can refill the next round, if supplies are delayed. Then he puts me on hold for the third time.He comes back and says that the pharmacist isn't comfortable with the quantity. Then he says my dose is too high. Then he says that my psychiatrist (who I've been with for years) is a nurse and doesn't know how to write a prescription. At this point I am becoming extremely agitated, because all I want to do is pick up my prescription, when I'm supposed to be able to, for the quantity that it's supposed to be. I say this to him word for word and explain to him my dosage has been raised, how many pills I'm supposed to be taking per day and in mg, and that all I wanted was a refill for that amount, even if my doctor wrote it higher than one month's worth. I don't care about the quantity as long as it's the quantity I'm supposed to be prescribed for one month. This whole time that he's speaking to me he's mumbling and I can hardly hear what he's saying so I asked him to speak up. Then he begins raising his voice and accuses me of taking too high of a dose and that he'll fill the prescription for the quantity of one month (which I'd already said was just fine and appropriate). Then proceeds to tell me again the dosage is too high and my insurance won't cover it. I tell him, that's okay I have an HSA so no worries, and he says "of course you do and no wonder you'll pay out of pocket for this amount". In a nutshell, not only did he accuse my psychiatrist of not knowing how to do her job but he implied as well that I'm drug-seeking and I'm causing issues for no reason. (I just want to pick up my GD prescription). At this point I am close to tears and beyond frustrated and tell him that it's unnecessary for him to talk to me like this, I'm simply a patient who has been legally prescribed a medication by a licensed physician, not nurse, and that I am just trying to pick it up so I can move on with my life. (This medication isn't something I can just quit taking and I have already been out for a few days at this point and this medication is necessary for me to function like a normal human because of my disorder). He ends with "I already said I'll fill it for you, why do you keep repeating yourself, but I'm making a note that I'll never dispense this to you again". I was blown away. I asked him why he would do that, as I haven't done anything wrong, and he again says "I already told you I'd fill it, just come pick it up, but I won't give it to you if you come in and cause trouble".Totally unbelievable. I asked him why would I come in and cause trouble? That doesn't make any sense. He kept repeating HIMSELF, so I just said "ok, thank you sir" and hung up.Prepaid for my medication online, went and picked it up, caused NO trouble (why the heck would I?) and am now writing this review to add another one star to their list..

The Pharmacy Manager Jean Francois needs to be replaced as soon as possible. He lacks customer service skills and is very rude. His negative attitude reflects throughout the staff in the pharmacy. When management is rude and treats customers badly it reflects on the entire staff and company as a whole. Jean Francois said it was at his discretion to fill a prescription.....Is that a Walgreens policy where the employee, in this case Jean Francois, decide on the health of an individual? Extremely poor reflection on Walgreens to allow this type of treatment and you can plainly see from other posts that we are not the only ones Jean Francois and others on the pharmacy staff have treated so poorly.

It used to be a really nice Walgreens. All the cashiers were friendly. Not anymore. I don’t know what happened. I go in there at least once a week. Sidenote: You always have to ask to use your points or money (coupons) - that could be a corporate thing though. They aren’t allowed to ask.

The manager is really rude. She has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILL whatsoever. I have had bad bad experience before but I thought I give them another chance. No wonder this location has very bad reputation. I cannot believe that somebody like her could be employed. I will NEVER go back to Walgreens again to any locations. It's just not worth my time.

The people who work in the pharmacy treat their customers like they are an inconvenience. They are rude and have no empathy at all. This is the worst drugstore I have ever used.

Brianna, the “pharmacy operations manager” is a nasty person with vinegar running through her veins. A person who is this mean and hateful should not be in a position interfacing with other people. Period. I hope Walgreens drive through records prescription pickups so they can review and address abusive personnel. This was completely unacceptable.

I have had no prescriptions filled so I cannot speak of the pharmacy, but as for the store and in-store shopping and online pickup ..I can say they are awesome, not only helpful and personable..which I appreciate as a customer with chronic illnesses.. patient and understanding.. they have great prices and if you as I do have a online account there is coupons and discounts every week which saves so much money and when you spend money you earn money as well, you cannot beat that. As for the pickup service after ordering online they have always had my order ready well before 30 minutes and contacted me by text at my request that my order was ready. They are probably the fastest place I have ordered from and the friendliest and most helpful in this area ...thank you to all who work here in the front as for the customer service you all are A+ in my book. I would definitely recommend checking them out, and checking out the online ordering. It's well worth the time and as in my case it's great for those who cannot shop themselves because of illness ... So to you all I can only say thank you.. and keep up the wonderful service..

Employee’s with bad behavior are a productive of their management. The pharmacist Jean or Gene is rude, argumentative and makes absolutely no sense! They are clearly understaffed, inexperienced and not reliable!

This review ONLY applies to the pharmacy. While well intentioned, they are short staffed, and insufficiently trained. A drive through customer left her car in the drive through and came in because they could not get anyone's attention. Unable to commit to time a prescription would be ready. Pharmacy hours limited. And the worst thing yet - which applies to AlL pharmacies is that you cannot transfer a prescription from one pharmacy to another (within Walgreens family). Terrible! Avoid at all costs!
