Approximately an hour ago I visited Walgreens Liquor with a selection of $80 liquors. Wow. In my lifetime the sales clerk was crude, rude and insulting. She or he was in your face . I was yelled at for not submitting a phone number . I said forget about the phone and a stern look at me that could kill and yelled at . I said keep your product and departed. It's little wonder why Walgreens is doing so poorly, store clerks like the one at Crossroads Naples, Fl proves the point. In my opinion this store should close and do the community a favor.

3 days out of the week the Walgreens pharmacy is closed because of not having any staff. Horrible company. Go to Costco. Their pharmacy is fantastic!

I had an appointment for vaccinations and they took a walk in and a guy who had an appointment 20 minutes after me. No organization here go to another store if you don't have time to wait an extra hour for a scheduled appointment.

This is more specifically for the pharmacy and probably the pharmacist. I arrived at the window exactly at 21:00 hrs and they were leaving for the evening. The young lady with the lab coat took the extra time to see what I needed and took care of me. I am a 32 yr active duty military veteran and this is what service look like! Thank-you for your service!

I was away for a few months and prior to that, I had a lot of problems with this pharmacy. I have returned and things have changed. The pharmacy is efficient and the staff members are pleasant. They also replaced copayment from my insurance with GoodRX because GoodRX copay was less! I am no longer dreading going to this place. I’m fact, it has been a pleasant surprise.

It really needs to show when they have your prescription in stock or other Walgreens that do have it this is a must. How elce can I find out if my prescription is in stock. Instead we get told ” we don't know ” or " we don't give this information out" when I've called several Walgreens and one within eight will only tell me. If all can look up my prescription why would you restrict this utmost critical information from me this is making me go to other pharmacies that will. Guess I'll have to switch to a new pharmacy chain.

My husband and I had appointments for our Moderna Booster today. When we arrived at our scheduled time we found the pharmacy was closed. The web site says the pharmacy is open. We asked an associate and they said we could come back tomorrow. We drove from Marco Island. No one called to say they would be closed. Very disappointed in the lack of communication especially for a pre scheduled appointment. Why make us make appointments if you Willy Nilly close. We WON’T be back.

I’ve had a terrible experience with this Pharmacy, mainly because it is impossible to speak with a pharmacist on the phone or clear up issues with a prescription. The phone number listed either sends you to a menu that doesn’t work, or puts you on hold until it hangs up, or just hangs up on you. I had to drive over there for them to tell me that my prescription was out of stock, so it could not be refilled before I went out of town. I had my doctor send it to another pharmacy but that pharmacy could not fill the prescription because Walgreens listed the prescription as “filled” when they told me it was out of stock. Now I cannot reach anyone to have this cleared up. I’ve called at least 10 times in the last two days trying to get through. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY.

This pharmacy is the worst. Rx is out of stock and was ordered over 4 days ago. She could not let me know when the order was coming in and did not offer me any help. Left open eded. I guess I should go somewhere else.

Not a people friendly pharmacy. Very slow. Brought Prescription in one morning, called the next morning to see if Prescription was ready, sadly It was not! Was told it would be a couple of hours.They Ignore the lines w one person Handling the customers.If it wasn't just around the corner from me I would not Use them at all!

My wife had a prescription for a tetanus shot and went to the pharmacy who told her to go home and make an online appointment. The appointment was set for 7:10 PM and my wife showed up at 6:40 PM. The staff member told my wife she could come back tomorrow as a computer as that shouldn’t have taken the appt. We called the Walgreens HQ and went the following day to the other Walgreens taking only 5 mins. We will now use Publix’s pharmacy. Too easy

I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS. THEY DON'T DESERVE ONE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT 3:30 WITH ALL MY PAPERWORK PRE FILLED FOR A FLU SHOT. 4 PEOPLE GOT THERE RIGHT BEFORE ME AND HAD TO DO THEIR PAPERWORK, BUT ALL OF THEM GOT THIR SHOTS BEFORE ME. 45 MINUTES LATER I INQUIRED AS TO WHY I AM THE LAST PERSON THERE AND NOT BEING CALLED. THE PERSON DIDN'T UNDERSTAND WHY EITHER. HE CAME BACK 2 MINUTES LATER AND SAID THERE WAS NO ESTIMATE OF WHEN I COULD MY SHOT BECAUSE THE PHARMACIST IS IN CONTROL AND SHE "WON'T BUDGE" AND BASICALLY IS REFUSING TO DO MY PAPERWORK. I PERSONALLY AM SWITCHING ALL MY FAMILY'S PRESCRIPTIONS TO CVS AND NEVER WALKING INTO A WALGREENS AGAIN.
