People at this place if you have medication to be filled or drop off you can forget this pharmacy. They are the worse of all pharmacy. They don't answer your calls, they put you on hold for life time. This is one of the laziest staffs in a pharmacy. It could be like 4 or 5 people working and they are slower than 3 or 4 people working in another pharmacy. This pharmacy needs new staffs because these are slower than people who are walking down the street.

Just visited this location for the first time and found everyone to be very polite and helpful. We were here for a Covid-19 booster and were treated excellent with respect, they were quick and safe. We will be back!

Very rude pharmacists. Medication always out of stock and backordered. When it finally comes in a week later they wont dispense it because they dont think you need it since you didnt pick it up a week ago when it was “ordered” but out of stock. Makes no sense. This system is horrible and the pharmacists are cruel.

Poor service over 90 cents. Price was incorrect on a shelved item. I immediately told the cashier as she was tendering my sale. She smiled and nodded. Price was not changed according to my receipt. Manager Mr. B was no help. He checked his hand scanner and even wanted to go back on the floor where the item was located. Wow. 90 cents. I asked for a refund and went across the street to CVS

Do not use the Pharmacy at the Collier and 41! They do not pick up their phone for doctors to call in prescriptions goes to a voice mail where no one retrieves the messages! Went there three times to pick up a prescription and was told doctor did not call in a script! Also had an issue with a drug not in stock in any Walgreens in Naples. Cashier told meTo try CVS! Horrible management and customer service.

called themmultiple days in a row because they were only pharmacy that had prescription for my dog in area and was on gold for 2 hours, 50 minutes and every time I called there were more then three calipers and never got to talk to real person. so had to drive an hour to a different pharmacy. its the worst Walgreens pharmacy I ever saw and I'm a travel nurse been to a lot of places this is the worst.

Zero stars. When you try to call they keep putting you on hold for over 30 minutes. When I was told it was ready to pick up, I had to wait in the drive through for 35 minutes only to get to the window and say there is no rx for me. Never been so angry with a company that I really used to like.

Very poor communication with Pharmacy staff. Low skill/ability to listen to the consumer and provide the proper info needed to complete the transaction.Phone-in technology is good, however, once your connected, the staff fails miserably in giving the proper info.Too many other Rx retailers out there to keep coming here. Spending an additional 60-90 minutes chasing your script due to poor info and poor execution……not fun.

Absolutely the worse customer service of any pharmacy I have used. Bored dispassionate and rude staff. Scheduled appointments mean nothing .

We had a wonderful experience at this Walgreen's pharmacy and just had to review. We are new to town and went in to get our flu shot. We went to the pharmacy and we have insurance from out of state. We were confused as to what we needed to ensure we received the flu shot and weren't charge for it. Julie was assisting the current person we were working with. She told us exactly what we needed from our insurance company, four specific numbers. She waited for us to call insurance company. When we had the info we needed, she pulled us off the line to get us set up in the system and we were able to get our shot. She truly went above and beyond. Ken who gave us the injection was terrific as well. PS this store also is a FEDEX drop off location which we use often. Customer service was on full display today.

Pharmacy is rude, do not answer phone, was here trying to get the right prescription 3 times and they keep trying to give me something I have never taken and went to pharmacist and did not have a script for me under that script Terrible place
